Had a lovely experience with GLTT for the Phuket & Phi Phi Tour. 1) Trip planning was too smooth with Manisha - one of their agents. She made sure to cater the needs of my parents who are in their 50s & to also give them a lovely experience. 2) Visa - smooth experience with their in-house Visa agent Sachin. 3) Their international vendor tie ups are also considerate and very polite people. They were on time, comfortable arrangement of transport & they also offered to click lovely pics of my parents! 4) The quotations by GLTT were pretty decent and fit our budget! Terrible Experience with GLTT & Travel Trends Leisure in Sri Lanka Our trip to Sri Lanka, booked through GLTT was an absolute disappointment due to the poor service, rude behavior, and complete lack of support from both GLTT and their local partner, Travel Trends Leisure. From the start, the travel coordinator in Sri Lanka was extremely rude, harsh, and inconsiderate, especially towards senior citizens and our 2-year-old child. Instead of being accommodating, they were impatient and dismissive when we needed flexibility in the schedule. They rushed us through the itinerary without any concern for the comfort of elderly travelers or a small child. Even basic requests for short breaks or minor adjustments were met with irritation and a lack of empathy. We reached out to Manisha at GLTT multiple times for assistance (from booking to return), but she was completely unhelpful and unr. There was absolutely no support from GLTT while we were in Sri Lanka, leaving us to deal with the issues on our own. The worst part? When we escalated the matter to Santhosh George, the owner of GLTT, expecting some resolution, his response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, he rudely dismissed us, saying "I can't help." Such an attitude from the owner of a travel company is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their customer service. Overall, our experience with GLTT and Travel Trends Leisure was awful. I strongly advise against booking with GLTT if you value respect, flexibility, and basic customer service. There are far better travel agencies out there that actually care about their customers.

Excellent service provided by the team. Right from ticketing to the itinerary it was just so smooth. Made our girls trip a lot of fun. Ivan was so accommodating with the tickets. Manisha curated the perfect itinerary with multiple changes. The cars provided in Dubai were so clean and all drivers so professional. They have a tour for every requirement.

Another amazing trip to Hongkong and Macau which was superbly organised by Manisha. Well managed internal transfers and hotels. A big thank you to the team at HK and Macau. Thank you to Ivan, Sachin and Hemant for the flights and visa. Extremely happy with GLTT!!

We approached one of agents of GLTT to get tourist VISA to Saudi Arabia. Generally someone approach agency to make their life smooth in work processing. However we had such a hectic experience. Agent from GLTT has no or poor knowledge of Saudi Arabia Tourist VISA processing. He misguided us by giving false hope that VISA can be received within a week whereas tourist VISA takes about more than ten (10) days. This agent does not know simple things like office timings for Passport collection, meaning of status shown on consultate website, number of steps between VISA application & issuance. We visited VISA office for more than 4 to 5 times based on his instructions but we could not get passport back. Every time he kept blaming on office stuff and suprised why VISA not received. Readers be careful while approaching.

My mom always wanted to visit Kedarnath and Badrinath. And we all know about the crowd and tickets availability . Last year I tried a lot but I wasn’t able to arrange the trip for my mom. On 9th of October I thought to make the plan of Kedarnath and Badrinath as Yatra for this year was about to close. I contacted GLTT and tried my luck with them, I had shared my plans with them. I told them I don’t have time, so if you can arrange / book the helicopter for 11th October for Kedarnath and then road trip to Badrinath then we can go this year. Manisha from GLTT had started connecting with their vendors and still I can’t believe how they happened to arrange the tickets and our complete trip of Kedarnath and Badrinath . I was amazed and worried too because my mom was with me and continuously it was running in my mind what would happen if we don’t get the tickets n all. But my complete trip From Rishikesh to Guptkashi to Kedarnath to Badrinath to Rudraprayag to Haridwar They arranged cabs , hotels , helicopter and food within 15 hours of time. I really appreciate their efforts. And Most important part their team was talking regular follow up from us when we were in the middle of the travelling . There was a place where we reached at 1am and their team was taking follow up with us like whether we reached our hotel or not. Thank you so much GLTT International and Manisha for all your support . Because of your team I was able to fulfil my mom’s dream.
