I have been a Sephora customer for many years, and unfortunately, reward gifts were often unavailable when I reached the required points. Yulia was the first person who truly kept her word. She promised to call me as soon as the gift arrived and reserve it for me, and she did exactly that. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction. I had such a great experience at Sephora today! The makeup artist was incredibly talented and showed me how to enhance my features in such a natural and beautiful way. I learned a lot of useful tips that I can actually apply daily. Honestly, I was so impressed that I ended up buying quite a few products 😆 Totally worth it though — amazing service and such a fun experience. Definitely coming back again!

صراحه سيفورا لا يعلى عليها . لكن اليوم رحت سيفورا فرع المنار مول شفت العطور وخرجت خرجت ورايا موظفه عايده ووقفتني امام الناس ومسكت حقيبتي وفتحتها في يدي وراحت قدام الناس انحرجت ضلو يناظروني كانني حراميه الناس في المول اتمنى تتخذو الإجراء ضدها لانو فعليا نفسيا تعبت واتمنى تزودوني برابط للشكاوي الخاص بسيفورا

There weren’t many people in the store but all the sales persons were just chattering and ignoring the customers even though some needed help , when asked for assistance the attitude of some of them was rude and suddenly like majority entered the store room and were celebrating something while leaving the store like that which wasn’t respectful nor professional at all especially as they weren’t even helping.
