They are simply a scam! I went there for facial hair removal laser treatment because they had Eid offers and discounts. The laser was supposed to cost IQD 10,000 for the whole face, but she only treated my mustache area! I also paid IQD 40,000 for a hydro facial, but it turned out to be nothing of value. It was my first time there, but definitely the last! The service was rubbish. The girl who did both treatments for me was a nurse and had nothing to do with skincare or beauty treatments!

Worst experience ever, I did nearly 10 sessions there but didn't work (at first they said you just need 5 sessions) , they put the laser device on low degrees just to make me go back for more sessions and they gain more money. On my last session I told them I didn't get benefits and they should change the degree for me but they responded very rudely and told me to sign a paper because they will not take any responsibility! . Plus, most of them are not doctors or medical staff, and no dark room, no privacy at all , others enter the room while you are doing the laser. Once i did a CO2 laser for my face , the one who did it for me was very unprofessional and hurt my face just because I told them I don't want her to do my laser. At two occasions they changed my room after i get ready for my laser because of someone (3alal asas VIP) who wants my room. Was my last time and just didn't go back to that place again.
