Extremely bad experience with Aditya Impex. The way they speak to customers is unacceptable. The person I dealt with was very rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I do not know whether he was an employee or the owner, but his behaviour was shocking and disrespectful. There was no basic customer service, no politeness, and no sense of how to handle people. A business that treats customers like this does not deserve trust. I strongly suggest people avoid going there. There are many better options available where customers are treated with respect. My experience was very negative, and I would not recommend Aditya Impex to anyone.
