BSNL Aadhaar seva kendra

I had gone to update my name in aadhaar card as per pan ,and the staff guided me very well. I waited for my turn and Ms.Kavya is too good to complete the process in 10 minutes. Very good team and pleasant experience. I had gone for updation of my name as per PAN on 8th September 2025. Even as on date I have not received the updated card by post. I have also applied for PVC card upon payment of fees on line ,which is supposed to be processed within five days as per APP but I have not received the same either as on date. Can the seva kendra help me in this issue? APP is showing that it is updated but physically I have not received the card yet. Received the PVC card today but yet to receive the normal Aadhaar card which was requested for updation on 8/9/2025.

Kavya mam is super helpful, got a new BSNL sim and also updated my Aadhar number in less than 10mins. Very kind and helpful also. Swift service. Photo update takes late and somedays not working.

Nice and well maintained centre this office is managed by Magnum Fashions very helpful staff but you must have patience first don't be in hurry to ask the Questions once ur turn comes they will clarity the doubts and you can get ur work easily compare to other Government Office

I reached today for aadhar update and got an update that the server is down. As per them it will work on Monday. Seriously aadhar service is very important for the government of India. Even a 1 min downtime will get escalated at the next level. Very poor service and response.

No Aadhar updation done here, the staff said it's temporarily closed. Better to visit NGV Bangalore One for updation.

Great service, fast and efficient. I had to update photo in my Adhaar card & that was done quickly. It was a smooth procedure. Adhaar biometric & other update facility will be available only in the afternoon, so remember to visit after 1 pm.

Happy to see government office employees working very politely and even they guide you to how to fill the form and if not they will only do it on your behalf my experience was very good thumbs-up to the whole team keep it up and serve the people at most the best ever time 👍....

Very polite and cooperative staff. 10 to 5 working. ( Six days). Lunch break 1.45 to 2.30. location is easy to accessible. Please carry your original aadhar , new enrolment ( including for kids) aadhar updation biometric and mobile number change will be done here.

Let's see the best office is open but telling staff on leave.

Extremely lousy staff, yelling and creating a scene instead of properly explaining the matter or steps to rectify it. Please teach Miss Kavya some basic etiquettes, if she wasn’t spending so much energy being violent and mannerless, she could have a chance to be actually productive. Such an incompetent person needs to resign immediately or at least be held accountable for their rude behavior.

Went for BSNL's new SIM. It was a pleasant and smooth experience.

Very smooth experience. Took less than 30 minutes to get in the request for an Aadhar phone number update. No tokens, you can walk in, pick up the form, fill it up and wait in the queue (2-3 people in the office usually) to submit it and you are done. Update costs Rs.100/-.

Aadhar update, and new ones are issued here. Also issues related to PAN card are delt. You can buy BSNL Sim , and subscribe for other offering.

Went four times to update aadhar card, been two weeks and it seems there aadhar server is still down. Looks more like they don't want to do their duty and just giving some excuse. There standard response is to come next week or go to a different center. Better close it if they don't want to work !!

Don't come to get aadhar updated because they don't do.

Stupid center, they said the servers are down. They didn't pick up the phone either so I could confirm if the phone number update could be done or not. Shame on the government which cannot give the public decent aadhar centers to get their stuff done conveniently.

I wanted to update mobile number, i went in took the form which is token aswell, once your number arrives the process is quick aswell. Just have the patience to wait for your number. I went around 11 and i still received the token no rush, its a step by step process glad my work is done. And they will inform within 10 days your number will be updated and today is that day . And im happy for that my work is complete. Yes, they will charge 100rs for this process which is fine by me if the work is done.thankyou
