Dr. Mawada Barakat is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I have ever met. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained every detail clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Her expertise, attention to detail, and gentle approach are truly outstanding. Burjeel Medical Centre Al Marina is equally impressive—beautiful facilities, excellent customer service, and a highly professional team. Everything was organized perfectly, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.

This is shared as constructive feedback to enhance future patient relations. When a patient politely requests a copy of their prescription, the pharmacy representative should accommodate the request rather than offering a dismissive response. Stating that the patient only takes 'one tablet per day' is invalidating, particularly for patients managing multiple medications. Apart from the recent prescribed medicines, patient was already taking other medications. Having a written prescribed reference is easier for the patient. I respectfully request that the communication style at Counter 1 (female representative) be reviewed to ensure patients are treated with professionalism and respect. Incident happened 22 June 6:30PM

I can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. Sumita Das for everything she did for me. I was extremely anxious and scared about giving birth, but from the very first moment she made me feel calm, safe, and reassured. Dr. Sumita Das is incredibly professional, confident, and highly skilled. During the delivery, she handled everything with such calmness and expertise. At the same time, she is such a kind, gentle, and composed person, which made a huge emotional difference for me. Throughout the birth and even after delivery, I truly felt I was in the best hands. My recovery period was smooth and comfortable, Alhamdulillah, and I honestly believe that is thanks to her care and experience. I am beyond thankful and deeply appreciative of all her effort and support. I highly recommend Dr. Sumita Das to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate, and exceptional doctor.

Amazing experience in Butjeel Marina. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sumita Dad in Gynecology. She is truly a wonderful doctor — very kind, professional, and attentive. She takes the time to listen carefully and explains everything in a clear and reassuring way. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate gynecologist.

I would like to commend Mr. Akbar for his exceptional service during my visit to Burjeel. He greeted me with a warm smile the moment I arrived, and when I couldn't locate the nurse station, he personally walked me there without hesitation. His friendliness and attentiveness made a real difference — he is a true asset to the team.

Nurses like Catrina in the Dermatology department are a true example of genuine care and a great patient experience. I asked her to call me regarding a general inquiry not related to dermatology about a hospital service which i expected to be routed to reseption knowing she was busy, she took my number and promised to get back to me — which she actually did. On top of following through, her attitude was extremely professional, kind, and reassuring. This level of care really makes a difference and reflects positively on the whole department. i visited on 26/jan/2026

I would like to share my experience with Ma’am Rose Casem for her dedication and amazing work, she is working with her heart, together with dr. Mawada Barakat Abdelsadig, she is also an amazing doctor!, with grace under pressure, you cannot feel that you are a patient, bec she is treating us like a family.. thank you for these two wonderful employees, ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible horrible horrible. One pediatrician named Doctor Khalid was very good and amazing in his job, he was extremely cooperative and helpful and would ACTUALLY do his job and cure children. I found out he was recently fired and I was stunned, the only doctor who would actually help was fired! The other doctors are all completely disassociated with the patients and almost just care for their pay with more patients. Unfortunately, I am never going to visit this unaccommodating hospital again.

I visited Burjeel Center, Al Marina Mall and met Mr. Bini and Mr. Saif at reception. Both are doing an amazing job and treat patients and attendants with great care and kindness. Thank you both for your excellent service and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Elwin is the best you can get. He is really knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable, seen and heard. The service we get from Jyoti is also world class. They are the reason we drive to Marina Mall every time.
