Good experience, always go early morning 9 am alongside your documents copies and 25000 cash and you will be treated professionally. Staff especially the lady who was an eye doctor was rude with the cleaning staff for no reason. Other than that, this is a professional centre with accurate results....

Place is very clean and professional. Staff is very kind and helpful. They maintain high quality and medical standard. If you have an appointment here, go without worry.

Not even worth 1 star. The staff here are shockingly unprofessional, rude, and completely unqualified for their jobs. They lack even the most basic medical knowledge and behave with zero respect toward patients. It is disgraceful that such a facility is allowed to operate. If it wasn't for WAFID I would have never come here. For the sake of public safety and dignity, this center should be shut down.

All the staff working here have no experience of any kind and especially the first medical doctor who is the first to do so, he can neither speak to any person with respect nor take care of the person who comes for medical treatment, he treats the person as if he is his father's slave.He is a doctor with a luxurious hair and glasses.

1. Very un professional staff, 2.They even don't know how to take blood sample, 3.waited along my number, 4.some people outside also complaing about thera wrong test reports. 5.They are charging fee 25000 but service quality is zero,

The owner of this plaza, where Mahnoor Diagnostic Centre is rented out, is AGHA NAVEED ULLAH KHAN. He doesn't deserve to be called a human being. Time and again he performs illegal deeds. He has made all these ventilators on neighbour's side. We pleaded so many times in all these years to cement the holes but to no avail. Today he opened this new hole in order to install an exhaust fan for the diagnostic centre. Kindly never ever visit this Godforsaken place.

This place is a disgrace to the medical profession. They lied to me and gave me a fake Hepatitis B positive report, and took 25,000 PKR for “treatment” he never needed. When we checked at IDC and Citi Lab, results were 100% negative. This is not just bad service — it is criminal fraud. They play with people’s health, emotions, and money without shame. Such practices can destroy families and lives. If you value your health, money, and peace of mind, never step foot in this place. They should be investigated and shut down immediately.

⚠️ Warning to everyone! This diagnostic center is involved in fraudulent practices. They falsely reported that I had Hepatitis B and charged him 25,000 PKR for unnecessary treatment. We later got his tests done at IDC and Citi Lab — both came back negative. This means they deliberately gave a fake positive report to make money. Such unethical and dishonest behavior can ruin lives. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place and get your medical tests done from reputable and certified labs. Your health and trust are too valuable to risk here.

My experience with them was very good. Receptionists were cooperative, doctors were professional and whole process was very smooth. The place is nice and clean. They gave results in one day. Only thing they can improve is accepting card payments too.

Very bed experience staff especially reception very bad untrained waste of time

Very wrost experience and very uncooperative staff i have done medical from here 3 times they they told me im hep b postive then i repeat my test from kulsoom international and citi lab it was non reactive they just humiliated me every single time and aint money for the hep b test for 2nd and 3rd time dont ever go there wastage of time and money i wasted my one month with them my token got expired now

Well I went there my experience with all of them is very good all the staff are well trained and professional. Doctors are behaving very good and gental to every client. Being a doctor I observed mahnoor diagnostic center is ideal place for the diagnostic procedure.

Very good staff ... Receptionist gave all the details i want... They guide each and every single issue with detail briefing...their behaviour was very nice... overall experience was very good 👍

They are not providing any shelter and fan facility to any one accompanying the candidate for the medical test. Upon asking they offered me a seat inside but I refused to take the offer as they only offered me because I complained. They were 5 to 6 others waiting outside on stairs while it was hot and humid.

Very bad experience uneducated peoples not following hygiene no cleaning... 2/10 Rating. Staff very rude and unprofessional only make money...
