After an exhausting 15 hour drive from Makkah to Bahrain with my wife and 4 month baby, we reached the hotel around 3 AM on 15.12.2025.
The apartment itself is good and the view is very nice so no complaints here
But the problem is the service are very bad.
So here what happened with me, when we arrived, I met 2 reception staff or security (not sure) and signed some docs and asked for trolley because we had a lot of bags. 1 staff member gave me the trolley, but I had to load everything myself while another staff member stood there watching (outside the hotel) and then walked away. I was left pushing a heavy trolley alone, managing luggage, my baby, and my wife at the same time.
Also There is a door between the lift and the main hall, and despite seeing my situation, none of the hotel staff even helped me to open the door. A Bahraini national who actually who showed basic decency and helped us. That alone says a lot.
Only after most of the luggage was already delivered to my room by myself. I went for the 2nd round to pick the left over luggage and then another employee come over, and when I declined help but he insisted on taking the trolley back. At that point, it felt less like helping a guest and more like just wanting the trolley back like I am gonna steal it.
If this property has a rule about not carrying luggage of guest that's on them but at least basic hospitality or gesture will not cost them. Opening a door, or offering genuine help to a guest arriving late at night with a baby should be common sense or even telling the guest to wait and they will arrange someone to help them.
As a UAE national visiting Bahrain for the first time, this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Between the staff behavior (Sanjay, Pranav, and Gremm) and apart from parking issues, the overall experience was really bad.
I would not recommend this place to families with small babies or anyone traveling with heavy luggage. The apartment may look good, but service are very bad.
