40 year old apartments but even to this day they are pretty good. Located very close to Bait-ul-Mukarram Masjid and Expo Centre on University road. One of the very few apartments with adequate space for car parking and park within the complex.

Good things about these apartments that they are clean and secure, bad things are that these apartments are in front of main university road which is always noisy and packed with traffic even at night u hear noises of heavy vehicles .

Well it's good residential place. My sister in law living there are her marriage approximately 5 years ago.

Safe, secure, and probably one of the best apartments still standing in Gulshan.
