Alhamdulillah, I would like to share my experience of this beautiful and spiritually uplifting journey. It was a truly lovely trip and I enjoyed every moment of this blessed journey. All the group members were very cooperative and helpful which made the experience even more memorable. The arrangements including the hotels and transport were excellent and well-managed. Dr. Sahib, your leadership was commendable. Your vast knowledge of Islam was truly inspiring and I learned a great deal throughout this journey. Thank you for making this experience so meaningful.

Alhamdullilah the Umrah tour went great with the assistance of Alfatah Travels. Their agent, Hafiz Usamah, assisted us from day 1 and made our travel smooth and tension free. It was an organized and well planned tour. The hotel stay and transport service were good. The group fellows were pretty decent and helpful too. Ziyaraat tours were cherry on the top, these were guided tours where they showed us all the important sites of Makkah and Madinah. As a "sole traveler" it was very hard for me to choose a company for umrah package... While My family had already chosen AlFatah travels and had good umrah experience so i decided to take a chance and travel in their 5star umrah group... Initially, Tahir Saleem's guidance throughtout the process was prompt, honest and professional which made me stress-free for the trip... And then the Star of the group, AlFatah travels CEO Dr. Aftab Iqbal who himself led the trip experience to another level. He played multiple roles in the whole trip (Guide, Manager, Leader, Friend, Peacemaker, storyteller, naat reciter and what not). His role was to lead but with his guidance he made sure all 53 people group travel like a family group... His timely response and immediate problem solving skills made the trip so smooth and stress-free... Reciting Naat and explanation of Islamic events with sure passion 💯... Cherry on top were the hotels 💯... 0 distance from Haram. Very cost effective and reasonable umrah package. Surely trip of a lifetime. This is my 2nd time with Al Fatah travels and tours for Umrah and I don't think I have been ever so sure about something . This is by far the best travel group I have taken . The attention to details and the planning also the structure of the whole tour is commendable . Would highly recommend it to people wanting a well planned and relaxing trip or tour.

I applied for a Dubai visa through this agent. They informed me that the visa would only be handed over after purchasing airline tickets from them. However, the ticket price they offered was very high—around PKR 12,000 more per person compared to market rates. Additionally, the visa fee they charged was PKR 35,000 per person, whereas other agents are offering the same visa in the range of PKR 30,000–32,000. My concern is that once the visa is issued, the applicant should be free to purchase tickets independently or at least be charged the same price as shown by the airline. It appears the agent is earning a large commission on tickets for two persons (around PKR 30,000–35,000 total), which feels excessive for a short trip. I am sharing this as my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. This review is intended as sadqa-e-jariya, to help people avoid unnecessary extra costs.
