Exceptional Experience at Mahajan Imaging & Labs, Delhi My daughter needed an MRI urgently because of our tight schedule. After consulting the doctor, we sought an appointment on December 29 and contacted the manager, Ms. Sabin, to see if it was possible to get an earlier slot. Although the schedule was fully booked, Ms. Sabin went out of her way to help us and managed to arrange an MRI the same day, which was incredibly reassuring. We reported at 1 PM for the blood tests, and the staff informed us that the MRI appointment had been moved up by an hour, which worked perfectly since we needed the reports quickly to consult the doctor. The facility itself left a wonderful first impression—it doesn’t feel like a typical hospital or clinic, but more like a well-designed hotel. The interiors are calm, impressive, and thoughtfully arranged, which immediately put my daughter at ease. She was noticeably more relaxed compared to a previous MRI at one of the reputed hospital. A special thanks to Dr. Sriram and his team for their excellent work and professionalism, and to Ms. Sabin for her warm support. The combination of efficiency, care, and such a welcoming ambiance makes Mahajan Imaging & Labs highly recommended for both diagnostics and patient comfort.

Got MRIs, X-rays, blood work and a lot of other pre-surgery tests. Ms. Sabia at reception was really helpful with getting everything done very swiftly and help staff Ms. Kavita offered coffee and snacks while I waited for scans. Ms. Sabia even arranged vehicle to drop me off at other location of Mahajan for a particular test to dave me time and trouble of either waiting or coming back. I'd highly recommend Mahajan Imaging (Def Col). Keep up the great work!

My whole family, especially my grandfather, had been going to this location of Mahajan Imaging for years. I’m always so impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and most of all their kindness. My father recently went for a chest xray and ultrasound and everyone there could not have been more helpful! I especially want to shout out Ankita at the front desk who was so helpful and got us checked in and ready expeditiously!

I visited Mahajan Imaging with my 89-year-old mother, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very polite, caring, and supportive throughout the process. Abhishek Rathore and Abhishek Saxena from the billing and front office team were especially helpful, professional, and cooperative. The imaging quality was truly top-notch and the reports were detailed, clear, and reliable. Everything was well managed and smooth. Highly recommended for accurate diagnostic services.

As an engineer, I genuinely appreciated the infrastructure and technology at Mahajan Imaging. The centre is very modern, well organised, and equipped with advanced imaging facilities. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and the cleanliness throughout the centre was very well maintained. I visited with my father for diagnostic tests and the entire process was smooth and properly managed. The imaging quality and reports were detailed and reliable. My husband kapil Dev and I only visit mahajan imagining for out tests. Apart from the quality of their work it's the whole ambience which feels great. It's beautifully done up, each test room is adorned with lovely wall paper. Today my tests were done in a room with bright pink flamingos on the wall paper. The person relaxes immediately. Nothing is clinical at all. The staff goes beyond 7 star service. They take such good care that not once did we feel we were in a lab.

Worst and unprofessional staff...just because we went through our insurence, they were so many dramas...the staff had no clue of the procedures, a lady called by the name of Ankita has no manners how to speak with patients. Soo rude and much attitude and if she owns the place and she is doing us a favour. I am sure if I had come without insurance and with a bigger reference they would be drooling all over the place. I can still ask favours but don't want to go that route. Just shows how commercial this whole and industry is. Earlier too I had shared my experience and glad people saw it. So thank you everyone. But Mahajan at defence colony is a complete and a BIG NO. Think if these guys see my feedback thet should improve their internal systems and train or change this staff. There was another fellow called Sumit how has no clue what is going on and how to do public dealing....

I came here for my NCV test….Everything went extremely smoothly right from the billing to conducting the test as always…The faculty is very courteous. Mukesh Aswal conducted my test with utmost care. I am very happy with my overall experience with Mahajan Imaging Centre.

I had a wonderful experience during my whole abdomen ultrasound. Dr. Anju Sharma was incredibly kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable and reassured. Great care - highly recommended.

This is a very poor lab. I came here during my 8th month of pregnancy for an ultrasound. The scan took about an hour, but despite my baby having several serious medical conditions, they failed to detect even a single one. My baby had fluid accumulation in the brain (hydrocephalus), an underdeveloped/shrunken cerebellum, fluid-filled swelling on the back with exposed nerves, and clubbed feet. None of these problems were mentioned in the report. They gave me a completely normal report. It felt like they either didn't examine the baby properly or they knew about the abnormalities and still gave a false report—I don't know which is true. They charge so much money but fail to provide an accurate diagnosis. They don't seem to take any responsibility and only care about making money. I would never recommend anyone to go there. I believe both Mahajan Lab and Palika Maternity Hospital share responsibility for what happened and for the suffering my baby and our family have gone through.🤬

It delivers on its reputation as being the Best place to get yr scans and blood tests done. Highly professional & courteous staff. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Most docs prefer Mahajan tests to even their own hospi labs. Their reputation is sterling. They even hv Preventive Health checkups that are comprehensive & competitively priced. The turnaround is fast and u get yr results on time.

Great Service was Provided by Mr G Bhuvnesh (who came for Home sample Collection twice over last 1 year). Best part was: 1. Superb Hygiene And sterility was maintained. 2. Fully Equipped for Sample Collection. Finally I would Want to Thank the entire MAHAJAN team for their Great Service 🙏

Mahajan is know for the best imaging technology in Delhi NCR. The Defence Colony center is efficient and professional. Seema was sweet, warm and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor needs to be warmer, welcoming and friendly. I do not want to name her however she was monosyllabic and pretty unfriendly. For a woman who is going through gynaecological issues, a little warmth and comfort matters.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant, and we had an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM. We arrived at 9:15 AM, but the ultrasound was not performed until around 10:50 AM. After the scan, the doctor asked us to wait for 30 minutes for a recheck. However, we ended up waiting for more than four hours without any proper update. To make matters worse, we were informed that the report would only be shared by 8:00 PM. For a woman in the final stage of pregnancy, such an unnecessary delay and lack of communication is extremely stressful and unacceptable. I expected much better patient care and time management.

Staff is really good , helpful.... Space is extremely clean and quiet... Service is quite quick... A bit expensive though😅 .. but the service worth the money you pay . Im a CGHS holder it's my first time using my card ever and I was quiet satisfied till now .
