I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We recently stayed at this hotel for 10 days with our children while visiting from the United States, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring that our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The entire property was clean, organized, and very family-friendly. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options available for both adults and children. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated the attentive restaurant staff, who were always courteous and helpful. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to assist whenever needed, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had an amazing 10-day stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for excellent service, great food, and exceptional cleanliness. Very good stay we had here. Just opposite to ramachandra medical centre, porur. Resturant food is tasty. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Front desk guys are very well behaved and helpful. Bengali peoples will have a comfort here as 90% staffs can speak Bengali. Special mention to Arvind at front desk for excellent support al thru our stay.

We came from Sri Lanka and booked our stay nearly 10 days in advance. The team at Hotel Comfort Park was very organized and thoughtful — they arranged two rooms next to each other and had everything ready immediately when we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and treated us with great kindness throughout our stay. One special thing I must mention is their own restaurant. The food was far better than many restaurants we have tried in India. Every dish was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with a very good variety and quality. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality they showed towards Sri Lankan guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely come back again soon!

Theft from Bags & Management Showed No Accountability We stayed at Hotel Comfort Park Porur for a family visit and had a deeply upsetting experience. During our absence from the room, someone opened our personal bags and stole money — including our children's purse and a bundle of ₹20 notes totalling ₹2,000. When we raised this with the manager, they simply pleaded innocence and hid behind the "no proof" argument, making no effort to investigate or take responsibility. There was no CCTV check offered, no no apology, and no attempt to make things right. This kind of dismissive response from management is just as concerning as the incident itself. If staff can enter and tamper with guests' belongings without any accountability, no guest is safe here. We strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. Keep your valuables locked or with you at all times — or better yet, choose a hotel that takes guest safety seriously. Stayed from 3.3.26 to 6.3.26. first two days room no. 309 and 311. We had a wonderful dinner experience with truly awesome food, excellent hygiene, and outstanding hospitality. The food aroma was inviting, and what pleasantly surprised us was the absence of artificial colors. We especially enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken, Peri Peri Chicken, and Chicken Lollipop—each dish was perfectly marinated and cooked just right for its style. The Mutton Khurma paired with fresh naan was equally delicious and memorable. A special appreciation to the entire team, including the hotel owner, for their warm hospitality and personal attention. Despite it being my first visit, we were treated like family, which made the experience even more special. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were impressively maintained across all areas, not just the dining space, which truly sets this hotel apart. I would definitely prefer to visit this place frequently with my family, as it offers safe, high-quality food and a very comfortable environment. I strongly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for an excellent dining experience.

We were family of 5 and wanted a single room which we got it as family room. Room was big with two king size beds and very spacious. They were clean and well maintained. However, bathroom fittings and fans are dated and needs replacing or maintenance. Location is in main road and parking is limited. Getting in and out in self car can be challenging during peak. Overall good stay and service.

It was a comfortable stay . Very good for ladies and old people n children. We booked a family room and it was very neat clean. Their breakfast is also good. And more importantly the staff behavior is so good.

I had to make arrangements for our guests to attend a wedding on November 28th in the nearby area to this hotel. I booked about 8 rooms, one of which is a three bed unit and the remaining are two beds. As we chose not to have the complimentary breakfast the prices were reduced on our request. Request for Late check out was also obliged. The staff here are very cooperative. The reception team was very considerate. All the guests had a comfortable stay here. The rooms were near and tidy. AC was working fine in all the rooms. Hot water facility was available early in the morning. The only issue to addressed by the hotel management is parking area. The area behind the hotel is under construction and we were informed that enough parking lots will be available on completion of construction work.The double bed rooms were priced around 3000-3200

I stayed at Hotel Comfort Park and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is small and compact, but it’s well maintained and clean. What really stood out was the service—the staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable. Rooms are neat and suitable for business or short stays. While the property isn’t very large, it makes up for it with good hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. Good value for money and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a clean place with reliable service.

We stayed for one night, probably 12hours. The rooms were not clean. The hot water did not work. We visited in June when the temperature is around 36-38deg , the AC did not work the entire night. Service is pathetic. Definitely not worth the amount we are paying for this small room with absolutely no service.
