Oceana Residences - Palm Jumeirah

This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! Ocena Residence has zero parking for delivery riders, which makes the job a nightmare. I have no clue how many towers there are, but having to park far away and walk 200–500 meters just to reach entrances is outrageous. This shows total disregard for delivery workers and poor planning by management. It’s extremely disappointing, frustrating, and infuriating. Management needs to fix this immediately, because right now it’s a disgraceful experience for anyone trying to deliver here.

Дуже гарний комплекс, класний пляж, захід в море пологий, басейн з підігрівом взимку і з охолодженням влітку. Гарна територія, є лінива річка по якій можна плисти на надувному крузі. Розташування супер, є вихід одразу на набережну де можна прогулюватися. Зірочку знизила за облуплені облущені доріжки які обіцяли переробити, та минуло 2 роки :)

Oceana is seriously the most comfiest and relaxing place to live. There is a picture showing a view from the public pool. Which only can be accessed by people who live in oceana & the hotel. And it is a really safe environment around. really recommend living there.

It is a nightmare living here. It is drilling and loud noice from morning to night. It has been like this for more than a year none stop.

Had wonderful couple days and nights 🌙 with a great view to the harbour . So clean and TIDY Really loved the place Worthy a visit

Great experience for family Amazing pool and great location

Really too much noise! There are constantly renovation work and due to the poor quality of the building the noise is unbearable. It has the potential to be a great place to live with great view but the building management doesn’t protect enough the residents from the noise. I have a baby and it was impossible to do naps inside the house.

Hands down the best residence in Palm Jumeirah. It has five star hotel facilities. People who are complaining about the noise are the ones paying less for a low floor unit next to the beach club. If you live on higher floor (specially the ones facing the palm on outer side), its so quite you can hear your own heartbeat!

Perfect day for chill! Who couldn’t love this view?

Ali Raza help me so much in the resort made me feel very comfortable 3 days in a roll im so happy I meant him he is very kind and very happy individual I wish there is more people like him . ❤️❤️🎉🎉🎉 Thank you Ali I will come back to this hotel next time again.

Great views, amazing facilities

Getting worse and days pass ... building is neat and clean .. It’s hard to locate especially for first time visitors ... and they keep having celebrations near the pool and beach area which is a no for people like us who wants our home to be quiet peaceful place . Moving out soon

Luxe lifestyle living by the sea in Palm Jumeirah

If you like meat. Yes, the quality is very good. With a view on the marina harbor made it a great experience .Come in the daytime and enjoy the infinite pool and the beach.

Far not the best place to live in Dubai. Constant noise is coming from the boats in the harbour which makes you feel like living in a cheap club! Always too many Dukes hotel guests on the “private” Oceana beach, never enough loungers for Oceana residents neither by the pool not at the beach, bad maintenance of the joint areas, poor soundproofing of the apartments, constant noise is coming from the constructions on the Palm and that’s far not the end of the list of cons. Never move in if you are looking for a cozy family location.

clean and tidy building and also organized well, the security team did a great job in managing the entrance of the private and public cars beside parking areas, they are so welcoming and friendly but also got rules to follow

Spacious apartments when compared with more recently built properties. Conveniently located to Nakheel Mall. Private beach and splendid leisure amenities.

Green areas are occupied by crows and they enjoy with it, residents are attacked while you having meal/breakfast on the balcony, egg yolk smell from the marine side and construction noise from other side
