Highly disappointing experience. We booked a premium suite to celebrate my kid's birthday, expecting a comfortable and special stay. Instead, our check-in was ruined when we were given an uncleaned room, wasting 2 hours of our personal time. To make matters worse, staff completely ignored several requests to decorate the room for the occasion. Upon entering, we were shocked to find the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Attached pics of dust and broken bangles which were not cleaned properly. Initially water came with Mud and when we enquired, they said there was some maintenance work going on. Wasted Time: Resolving the issue and getting us shifted took a frustrating 2 hours of our day, ruining our itinerary. Ignored Requests for Kids’ Birthday: We sent multiple requests to the staff ahead of time and at the front desk to arrange some basic room decorations for my child's birthday. The requests were completely ignored, severely dampening the celebratory mood.Paying a premium price for a suite should guarantee a smooth, welcoming experience. The utter lack of basic housekeeping at check-in and the failure to honor a simple, requested birthday setup demonstrates a severe lack of attention to detail and customer care. I expected much better.

This is a very good property to stay in Vijayawada, especially due to its close proximity to the Kanaka Durga Temple. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall ambiance was elegant and cozy, making it ideal for family stays and gatherings. The seating areas were spacious and comfortable, allowing everyone to relax and spend quality time together. Room service deserves special appreciation for its prompt response and customer-focused service. The food quality was good, and the prices were reasonable and fair without feeling overpriced. However, the breakfast service was a bit disappointing and could be improved. Additionally, the hotel entrance is located at a U-turn, which raises some safety concerns. Overall, it is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.

Recently stayed and hosted a conference at Lemon Tree Hotel Vijayawada and thought of sharing a few practical observations from our experience. 📍 Location One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its location — right on MG Road and impossible to miss. Excellent for both business and leisure travelers. It is conveniently close to the railway station and bus station. The airport, however, is naturally on the farther side as Vijayawada airport itself is located away from the city. 🚗 Parking Like many city hotels, the parking space near the main porch is limited. However, the hotel has two cellar parking levels with ample parking availability. The only challenge is that the entry access and maneuvering lanes are a bit narrow and slightly confusing for car users initially. 🤝 People & Hospitality In my opinion, the people are the strongest asset of this hotel. I coordinated with Mr. Sekhar from the Sales team for our conference and room bookings. A wonderful person to interact with — understands the customer’s perspective well, gives practical suggestions on execution, and stays connected before and during the event. Mr. Harsha from the Banquets team and Mr. Fayaz were also very supportive in helping us with facilities and arrangements. One practical challenge we noticed was manpower availability during Sunday operations. During a few moments where we required assistance in reorganizing the conference setup, support took a little time due to limited staff availability. We also had to miss our planned morning snacks as the team informed us that lunch service preparations had already begun. 🍽️ Restaurant & Food The restaurant staff — especially Amrita, Shiva, and Pavan — were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful in understanding food preferences and guest requirements. However, food was one area that personally did not match the otherwise good ambience, location, and hospitality standards of the hotel. The overall taste experience could improve considerably. Even simple breakfast items like Idly felt hard, and the chutneys did not reflect the quality generally associated with the Lemon Tree brand. Considering Vijayawada is known for excellent breakfast and meal options, there is definitely scope for improvement in this area. 🏢 Conference Facilities The conference halls are spacious, well-maintained, and suitable for small to medium-sized corporate events, meetings, and gatherings. Overall, a good property with excellent people and strong location advantage. With some improvements in food quality and operational support during peak timings/weekends, the experience can become significantly better. Wishing the team all the very best 👍

I visited Lemon Tree Premier with Family. The service was too good, special mention about treating kids specially… they sent a snack plate with their names written on the plate.. the kids totally loved this gesture. Another mention about Chef Amrita who explained us the menu for kids and elders.. she specially got us a buffet thaali to taste all the items on the table itself and for kids as well she ensured special breakfast items were given. Their hospitality is 10/10 - Nagur Kumar who is the house keeping manager was very helpful.. helped with quick service. In addition to that we forgot a small purse after check out, I luckily had this visiting which he left with us during check in… when I called him thought he was off he called the staff and ensured the purse was kept safe… What I loved the most is he was kind enough to send the courier to Hyderabad safely. Top notch service !! I have never experienced such kind of customer service.. Thank you Lemon Tree for all the good memories.

Id like to share one of the wonderful stay experience we had during our recent family trip. Lemon tree vijayawada is not our first choice to stay but now we know we did right decision and left our first choice else we would have missed the wonderful experience. 1. Front desk staff is really very polite, helpful and caring team. 2. Tru Indian culture and vibes you going to see here when they welcome you with aarti. 3. Welcome drink can be better but not bad 4. Your mood will turn on once you check the room..the freshness you can feel...and yes the lemon fragrance you can feel. 5. Very neet, clean and tidy bedroom and washroom. 6. Lunch and evening buffet is good. 7. Hotel support staff very helpful Hotel is at a prime location with many nearby sightseeing and street shoping places. Our stay was very happy and peaceful. We are conducting 8–10 doctors’ and retailers’ meetings every month as part of the GSK Pharma family at Lemon Tree Premier Vijayawada. Unfortunately, despite charging nearly ₹1800 per plate, the overall hospitality experience has been consistently disappointing. The food service is often delayed, food quality is not maintained properly, and guests are made to wait unnecessarily during meetings. More importantly, the behaviour of some staff members towards guests is very rude and unprofessional, which creates a negative impression during corporate events. As a reputed hotel brand, we expected much better coordination, hospitality, and customer service standards. Corporate meetings require professionalism, timely service, and respectful interaction with guests, which sadly has been lacking on multiple occasions. I sincerely request the management to improve staff behaviour, service quality, and food management for corporate clients in the future.

A Refreshingly Warm Stay Stayed here on a business trip and came away impressed. Being a relatively new property, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. What truly sets it apart is the staff — trained to greet guests at every interaction, proactively checking on your comfort, and going the extra mile without being asked. The breakfast spread was delicious, with the Avakaya Idli standing out as a creative and tasty fusion of Andhra pickle with the classic idli. Overall, a very pleasant stay — highly recommended for business travelers in Vijayawada.

Our stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Vijayawada was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. It made traveling with a child so much more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel’s location is another big advantage — right on the main road, making it very convenient and easily accessible. The rooms — even the superior category that we stayed in — were spacious, well-designed, and carried a quiet sense of luxury that made the stay very relaxing. Accessibility to the rooms and overall movement within the property was smooth and elder-friendly, which added greatly to our comfort as a family. We also enjoyed the dine-in experience; the food was very good, and the special gesture of sending a small cake plate with a message made the moment extra special. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly appreciated the warmth and attention from the entire team. The only small area for improvement would be the express check-in process — we didn’t have a clear point of contact, so there was a bit of waiting time. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended for families, especially those traveling with babies or elders, who appreciate both comfort and refined hospitality.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality extended to us throughout our visit. The staff were attentive, courteous, and ensured that our stay was both comfortable and memorable. We would like to sincerely appreciate a few team members who went above and beyond in assisting us: F&B Service: Naga Pavan and Nasarvalli – Their prompt service, friendly attitude, and attention to detail greatly enhanced our dining experience. Culinary Team: Chef Prasanth and Chef Venkatesh – The food was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the chef’s dedication to quality and taste. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay pleasant. We look forward to visiting again and will certainly recommend your hotel to others.

Schönes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Zimmer ruhig und komfortabel. Gut für einen Business Trip. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das wirklich versucht, dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders erwähnenswert hier Amrita (Chefköchin), Shriya und Sai Kumar (Service), die mich sehr verwöhnt haben.

Hotel is good but their staff is very slow & careless in any kind of services. I stayed with my friend subhadeep Sarkar (booking was done by him) there nights in hotel and whenever I asked for anything either from reception or housekeeping, they took more than 30 mins to provide even for water bottle or anything basic facilities. Another thing the staff was so careless that they parked my car whole day & night at main entrance even after requesting to park in basement parking, while asking the reason they are saying that probably they forgot. Suggestion to Hotel management that they must teach or train the management to become active to serve their customers or if they have staff shortage then they must increase the strength.

We checked into rooms 3023 and 3020 today at Lemon Tree Premier. The rooms and the location are excellent and exactly what we expected from a property of this standard. However, our experience with the hospitality and restaurant service this afternoon was extremely disappointing. We went for the lunch buffet at the restaurant around 3 PM. Despite there being only a few staff members attending multiple tables, our table was repeatedly ignored. We had to call for assistance several times, yet the staff continued to attend to other tables around us while neglecting ours. We ordered butter naan, but even after waiting patiently for more than 40 minutes, the order was never served. During this time, the staff cleared plates and attended to nearby tables but failed to bring our order or even clear our plates. The lack of attention to our table was very noticeable and frustrating. When guests choose to stay and dine at a premium property, they expect a level of service that reflects the brand's reputation. Unfortunately, the service we experienced today fell far below those expectations. Quite frankly, even a roadside restaurant would have provided more attentive service. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a hotel of Lemon Tree’s stature. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the service standards at the restaurant so that future guests do not face a similar experience.

Very poor reception at reception. On 6 th Mar The bad experience started at check in at 10 pm . We are regular guests here and had booked a twin room . Anywhere in the world, a twin room is meant for two people . The girl at check-in put in a big drama that as we were two people We had to pay extra for the second person . We checked in at 10 pm and our flight out was early next morning yet she did not relent Our booking also allowed free dinner and bfast and she finally made a big deal of cancelling all meals in exchange for waiving her dishonest and extortionate demand . There was no smile, no sense of welcome . Just a feeling that she had lost getting the extra money which may have won her some kudos or commission .The guest was there to be looted. She could not loot me so the angry face. I had to ask her to smile. A woman like that should ever be at front desk if the hotel Wants to preserve its reputation . I have stayed here before many times and they always pester me for good reviews and I have responded based on merit . This time I felt like we were talking to a cheap third rate innkeeper who has zero concept of five star behaviour only wanted extra money at any cost Rotten experience. We were given 4011 with a king bed Even though the rooms are good as per the brand’s standard , the people at reception were awful. I felt disrespected and the blatant attempt to rip us off has been shocking and I will never stay here again This is some local franchise run by some small timer who has no idea of how to treat guests used to five star treatment. I recommend seasoned travellers used to five star treatment to avoid this place and go elsewhere as there may be other good hotels in Vijayawada It was late at night we felt disgusted and deeply disappointed. The room floor was wet, and I’m not sure whether it was due to the AC or some other issue. The front desk service was very poor. In the morning, the hotel staff repeatedly rang the doorbell asking if the room needed cleaning. Even while I was in the middle of a bath, they kept ringing the bell continuously until I had to come out and respond. In some cases, they even entered the room saying, “You didn’t open the door, so we just came in,” which is completely unacceptable. When I raised this with the manager, I was told this is their policy. At breakfast, when I requested eggs, it took around 30 minutes for the staff to come back and ask again what I had ordered. Even after repeating my request, it took another 30 minutes to be served. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It's been many times I am staying in this hotel.but this is for the first time I have seen an amazing house keeping service executive named subrahmanyam.i think he is a trainee but he is super active with full of smile ,never showed his unhappiness towards multiple requests from the guest. He deserves a hike as he shows his fullest of effort on his job profile.thank you subrahmanyam.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. My husband and I went for breakfast and returned to our room in the morning to get ready for checkout. While we were inside, a housekeeper rang the bell and immediately entered the room using a master key without waiting for a response or permission. This was shocking and felt like a complete invasion of privacy. Basic courtesy and hotel protocol require staff to wait for confirmation before entering an occupied room. This incident made us extremely uncomfortable and left a negative impression of our stay. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better training and respect for guest privacy in the future.

Located at the centre of city with easy access to prime markets and places. Adjacent is a Multiplex showing latest movies. It's around 40 minutes drive from airport. Services and food are also very good.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel, Lemon Tree. Despite booking a twin room for 2 adults and 2 children, we were informed at check-in that an additional amount would be charged for my wife's stay. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar. In contrast, we have had a satisfactory experience with GRT Hotels on two previous occasions. We hope you will take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.

Great place to stay at Vijayawada. Located in the heart of Vijayawada city in MG Road with lots of nearby attractions and shopping malls. Well maintained and clean rooms with awesome city views. The room I stayed also had the canal view. Well mannered and courteous staff. Good spread of items in the buffet breakfast. On premises covered and basement car parking if you are travelling in your own vehicle. Look forward to visiting again.

The buffet had a great variety of options catering to all age groups, and the live counters added an extra charm to the dining experience. Hygiene and cleanliness were top-notch, and the service was prompt even though the place was quite busy. Parking facilities were convenient, which is a big plus for family events. Overall, Lemon Tree Hotel is an ideal choice for family gatherings, meetings, and celebrations. We had a wonderful time and will definitely choose this place again for future get-togethers.
