Always love Mad Over Donuts! Since it’s a chain, the taste is consistently good no matter which outlet you visit. The donuts are always fresh, soft, and delicious, making it one of my go-to places whenever I’m craving something sweet.

A mad place for donut lovers. They have variety of options to choose from. We have tried and tasted almost whole menu! This place is simply amazing. We took delivery most of the time but dine in is advised so we can have them HOT!! (we can heat at home also but we are already too craving waiting while delivering). [only con is sometimes it feels they are bit costly]

Sereved really nice and warm donuts they are really tempting.

I had pathetic experience at MOD kumar pacific mall pune today 15th june 2025 .on occasion of fathers day , I Ordered pack of 6 'i love dad' donut pack for 625Rs. Donuts were so shabby i felt ashamed to present it to my father . Moreover the guy in orange shirt was so rude and told me this is not a grammar class when i complained about it . As a MOD lover , I would suggest shop owner to kindly hire professionals or just like many shops in the mall this will also end up closing business permanently. Attached photos for reference . A very decent place for doughnuts / donuts. Mind you, these are an altogether different experience from what we grew up eating as doughnuts (the oily, slender bread with maska in a slit). They may seem a tad bit expensive at first, but they offer a great value as a quick bite or dessert. Make sure you have them after slightly heating in the microwave. Their signature "filled" doughnuts are really good. We recently also tried their Red Velvet Doughnut and it was mind-blowing! The hazelnut ones are must-try too. The shop offers some seating (maybe around 8-9 people), decent ambience for in-place eating. Their take-away boxes are also of good quality. Accepts UPI payments. Staff is very nice. One point though: they mention a few more items on the menu other than doughnuts, but in my experience, most of them are usually unavailable. So I'll recommend them to either trim down the displayed menu and concentrate only on the doughnuts or make the other items always available! Overall 4.5 stars!

Good place for the donuts. Try assorted donuts and signature donuts. They having good toping and taste also. Store is small and very less seating available. You have to enjoy your food by standing only.

OMG!! Superb. Their signature donuts are best but chocolate therapy is my fav. Good service as well as quality. The taste of donuts and the price is worth paid for. Yummy and tasty... Seasonal mango donuts were awesome. Only issue with that is when they put in oven, all mango decoration melts. So dont ask them to heat mango donuts

I love the donuts only from MOD. Their flavours are drool-worthy plus the donut is also very soft. Recently for the Mother's Day, I ordered the Box of Happiness consisting of 24 small square donuts with the customized message on it. It was milk chocolate and dark chocolate and it just melted in mouth. Also, my another favourite donut is the Dark Knight which has Oreo crushed on it.

Great place for the 🍩 lovers. Located on ground floor of KP mall just in front of entrance from parking, you can start and end your shopping at mall with donuts. Variety and taste makes it unique to visit it again and again.

Mad, Makes fool, arrogant employees, my 10 years daughter went to buy a single donut, they described offer to a 10 years girl and fooled for 450rs.

After eating donut cream we felt an aftertaste as if we have ate raw dalada. The tables are usually not clean.

We had ordered donuts and one brownie then later on suddenly we started to get a fever and a throat pain so not recommended at all please for you and your family health do not order from here

I usually love this place and always order from here but when i placed the online order i received it like this (i know not restaurants fault) but this time they were very dry too! Dint like it !

1. Extremely Disappointed: Found a cockroach inside the doughnut I ordered—completely unacceptable. 2. Hygiene Concerns: Shows a serious lack of cleanliness and food safety. 3. Poor Quality Control: Clearly no proper inspection before serving. 4. Unpleasant Experience: Ruined my appetite and trust in the brand. 5. Would Not Recommend: Urgently needs strict hygiene checks and customer assurance.

The ratings are quite off scale but the doughnuts are finger licking tasty!

Never getting the right order always getting the same donut in the box of donuts

The worst donuts i ever had, its texture was completely weird not fresh at all as if it was rotten and the chocolate was sour in taste! Had the worst experience every and so over priced.
