I asked for eye shadow palettes, and the store showed me a MARS palette expired over a year ago. When I pointed out the date, the salesgirl quickly grabbed it from my hand, apologized, and claimed it was kept separately but shown by mistake. I'm certain they would have sold it to me otherwise—the owner must check stock regularly, as cosmetics are used by kids too, and expired products pose serious health risks.

Their cost for the products are very high.. I bought the left side Cetaphil in another shop before a year and right side Cetaphil I bought from their shop.. check for your self their cost is very high. They gave the discount of 10% but now actual cost of the same product is RS.494 But they sell it for Rs.558 with discount.. not only this but for all the product they have done the same.. please before buying the product check for original price..

Went for hair dryer service, he broke when unscrew, he is not accept when he did instead he said due to this unable to service. poor for service and not having a sufficient knowledge of service technicians.
