Hotel City Express By Downtown Udaipur

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. They were always ready to assist with a smile. There is a small challenge with car parking, but the hotel staff handles it very well. They personally help with parking and even assist while taking the car out, so you don’t have to worry at all. The breakfast was also very good with nice quality and taste. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended!

It was a nice stay overall, the location is spot on! The food is also nice and most importantly the service is very nice. The hotel staff is very helpful, especially front office manager Chirag Meena is super helpful and humble, he found out ways to help us beyond his capabilities, from early check-in to ease check out it was all hassle free. Mr Preetam lead at housekeeping was also humble and helpful. I must recommend this hotel stay it you want a nice boutique hotel experience in budget.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. A special thanks to Pratik for his outstanding service and support throughout my stay. He was extremely helpful, especially with arranging the bike rental and restaurant services. The bike on rent service was excellent. I rented an Activa for 2 days, and the vehicle was in very good condition — smooth, clean, and well-maintained. What impressed me the most is that they offer bikes to hotel guests without any deposit, which shows great trust and professionalism. This is much better compared to renting from outside vendors. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious. The butter naan and paneer lababdar are a must-try — absolutely amazing taste and perfect preparation! Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality, trustworthy services, and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Rooms were fine, fans are not installed. I had some issues with my booking I booked the wrong date online standing in the hotel and I requested to made the date adjustment, which was not done, later again booked for the same day and person on the reception did try to help and by paying 1400 more for my existing booking, my refund of 3400 was approved by the hotel. Online booked two rooms costed me approx 3400 then I paid 1400 more so that I can get something back from my previous wrong booking. Ordered food which was not upto the mark and service was delayed. Parking is on the road behind the hotel. Staff was polite.

For family it is one of best hotel near to all prominent tourist places. Highly recommended for hastle free stay, hotel staff is very nice and very helpful. They allowed to wait in waiting area & provided room for keeping our luggage after check out. If I'll visit again to udaipur definitely once again I'll choose to stay in same hotel. Also food is nice at reasonable rates & no need to find places outside for food.

Had a great stay here. The room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The location is excellent and convenient. The food was also delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Room is okay but the breakfast included was not good at all .First they do not had many choices they repeat same breakfast every 1-2 days and same breakfast is served and the service of breakfast buffet was very slow and very high waiting time ,there is no management ,one one men is responsible for breakfast and when there it is over crowded the man also hides making it hell. Firstly there is no cups of coffee,when cups come, coffee finished, sandwich finished,very very slow service of bhatura also.Also in room there was no dental kit provided,no hair dryer,no slippers.We stayed for 3 days and paid 3.4k per day still very poor service overall.Only timing good is location as very close to railway station and in front of bus stand where you can find taxi services easily but at night there is high sound of bus horns so sleep is disturbed.

I loved the service for this hotel. Also the food serve by Pratik sir and also the polite staff, Pritam singh the one of the best staff who attend us , good service and and also good guidance from watchmen to reception staff. Must visit guys

had a pleasant stay at city express. I chose four bedded room as we were two adults and three kids along . Rooms were cozy and comfortable. 👍 to cleanliness and hygiene . Also Buffet Breakfast was pretty good. Overall very good

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel City Express by Downtown. The hotel is very well maintained and located at a perfect spot, making it extremely convenient for travel and meetings. What truly made my stay special was the incredibly kind and cooperative staff. They went out of their way to support me by allowing me to stay even after checkout so I could attend my work meeting comfortably. This level of hospitality is truly commendable and reflects their customer-first approach. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant stay. Very nice experience. The staff was very cordial. Food was tasty. Not a hi-fi hotel but a very decent and nice one. Had a very good stay with family for 3 nights. Staff is amazingly good!

Good Hotel, Good Ambiance, Service also very good, just issue is they do not have much related to food which is mentioned in the menu card. Customer who is in very love with there sleep will not recommneded as it's near to road area and early morning there is too much honking of luxury bus which may disturb your sleep

It’s just a 3 star hotel where you just get basic facilities for what you pay, they asked 600 extra for drivers accommodation which we have never seen before. No proper parking facilities, they will ask you to park in a cramped street behind the building.
