Wrost service ever, Had a very bad experience, I pre booked Umra Package as per their schedule (pic1) before 40days of travelling, All their promises, none of them completed, are below: 1-, 8 nights in Makkah- but they didn't. They kept us in Makkah until 2nd day of Eid. 2-, as per invoice double room, which means two people in a room, but they put 5 people in a room and the person staying in Makkah for arranging pilgrims himself as well staying in the same room. 3-, they informed us that the hotel will be within 2km from Al Haram, but the hotel 10km away they given in Makkah, hotel name "Al Hedayah Tower" in Al Hedayah street near to the Al Awali dist. when I asked, they said all hotels are full no rooms available in near hotels! What's that mean when We booked 40 prior, which mean we should get what so ever they mentioned, I hope pre-booking means confirmed that we will get, but nothing. 4-, transport from hotel to Al Haram, only few buses available and they were taking on Ihram people's, and the buses used to drop of before 3km from Al Haram so we have to reach Al Haram by walk. if we are in normal dress we have to hire taxi or private vehicle. Watch videos 5-, As per their schedule in pic1 mentioned 8 night Makkah and 2 nights Madinah, but they kept us in Makkah only for the entire trip, and while coming back they provide us only 4 hours, imagine! Could anybody satisfy with only 4 hours? When We agreed for 2 nights in Madinah and Eid, prayer should be in Madinah, we paid for 2leach person 160KWD for 8 nights in Makkah 2 nights in Madina, They are having Haram food for themselves and for their families as well, they forgot where they are sending people's and doing these things we us. 6-, They promised for wify in Bus, but for wify, we asked more than 10 times to the driver after that he gave me and said that this is his personal and he don't want to give others so I have to use only, after 2 hours he closed connection. When I asked him he was having a separate mobile and a Saudi Sim card from Hafla company to provide wify for all passengers. 7-, In hotel there were no laundry service, I got shocked after listening this, Ibrahim pinto booked the hotel for 10 days with laundry 😳. When I asked about laundry to Mr. Hussain wali he said he they are not providing laundry service and service, that's why he didn't mention it while booking. Hahahaha, what so ever they mentioned they didn't provide, so how could I assume they will, which is not mentioned 😅 . Whenever I tried to connect with Husain Wali Fahaheel branch responsible person, he resond me only that is busy will connect later. Don't Trust Ibrahim Pinto tours and Hussain Wali they are fraud 😤. I directly said to Hussain Wali on whatsapp that I am going to catch him on the day of Judgement in front of Allah. AGAIN: Don't book Umra or Hajj package from Ibrahim pinto tours, go with other tours there many tours and travel available in the market. Before booking, check all the details and then confirm.
