Haden Hotel

5روز در این هتل اقامت داشتم،از نظر مکانی در موقعیت خوبی قرار داره با ۱۵ دقیقه پیاده روی به مراکز خرید بالای سهر مثل گولان مال و منطقه توریستی دریم سیتی و امپایر میرسید،از نظر سرویس اتاق ها مورد قبول بود ،فقط سرو مشروب در داخل هتل ممنوع هست که به نظرم چیز عجیبیه

اتاقها خیلی عالی و تمیز اما حمام خیلی بد بود، دوش ، توالت ، روشویی بسیار بد و متاسفانه غیر از زبان عربی به هیچ زبان دیگری نمیتونستن صحبت کنن،

他に安いホテルは沢山ありますが、ホテルの作りが割と新し目でシャワーの水圧もめちゃくちゃ強いし暖かいお湯がじゃんじゃん出ます。Wi-Fiも問題なく普通に使用できました。特に朝食が豪華なのでオススメです！日本から

Un bon hôtel propre et confortable. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain était bien. Pas de vue dégagée malheureusement (la fenêtre donne sur un mur), mais au moins une bonne lumière du jour dans la chambre. L’isolation phonique n’est pas bonne - on entend le bruit de la route et les gens dans la chambre d’à côté/le couloir, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a une bonne sélection de produits et on peut demander différentes sortes d’œufs à la cuisine.

A pleasant hotel with a decent location, clean and well-designed rooms, and a satisfactory morning breakfast. It is one of the hotels that I always come to. Excellent cleanliness, very good service, and a reasonable price for the service. The breakfast is relatively good. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful location, close to the airport, city center, entertainment centers, and shopping. Wonderful staff in all departments. Excellent cleanliness. Great breakfast. I wish them all the best.

I have a great experience. The hotel is really nice and has a great price. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish every hotel was like this hotel. I can't recommend it enough.

Bad payment set-up. I was forced to pay cash only upon arrival. I was exhausted and had to go find an atm because the hotel refused card payments. Staff showed no empathy or understanding. Then the hotel refused to pay back dollars. After much arguing and pushing, they ‘miraculously’ found dollars. Then they forgot to give me back an ID card. Generally, the staff had very little appreciation and understanding that not every customer can accept local currency when paying dollars. Breakfast was average. No fresh products and no coffee.

فندق رائع يستحق خمسة نجوم الخدمات رائعة الغرف نظيفة جدا موظفي الاستقبال رائعين متعاونين الشباب السوريين في الفندق متعاونين جدا وكل شيء متوفر في الغرف حتى الماء 8 قنينة باليوم مجاني الفطور منوع ونظيف وجيد جدا كل التوفيق للفندق الرائع. نزلت فيه لمدة خمسة ايام وكانت زيارة جميلة جدا

Çok temiz, çok rahat ettiğimiz bir otel oldu. Oda konforlu, banyosu çok geniş. Kahvaltıları çok lezzetli ve çok çeşit var. Bizi güleryüzle karşılayan ve uğurlayan çalışanlara çok teşekkürler. Tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

فندق جميل ومريح ونظيف جداً والخدمة فورية وبالأخص موظفي الأستقبال قمة بالرقي والذوق 🌷

Everything is perfect; they are so polite, the rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet, there is good wifi, there is a good swimming pool, and the price is good. The only thing I don’t like is that they put some cola and snacks in the freezer, and it’s not free; you have to buy them, so basically you have a shop in your room😁

Absolutely Recommended 😊In short note!!! I’m unhappy didn’t find that great hotel in my last two trip to ERBIl . It’s a hidden gym in the city … comfortable room, bed& bathroom with all amenities.. Just book suite if you want city view .. big lobby with good decoration , luxurious vibes, delicious breakfast, a very decent hotel, everyone so kind with smiley face .. They offer car parking .Out door hotel near Sami park ,Baktyari twin towers, ministry of justice . It’s in very safe area &so safe for solo travelers women. Just I wished they decorate with real plant not plastic one

بصراحة من انظف واجمل الفنادق الي مريت عليها باربيل من نظافة الغرف والخدمه والاستقبال الودي والابتسامه التعاون مع الزبون حجزت بيه ليلتين سويت كانت تجربه رائعه بمعنى الكلمه انصح زيارته

Otel Temiz ve modern, fiyat performansı iyi, konumu güzel, yürüyerek şehir merkezine gidilebilir. Yatak, yastık oda ve iç kullanımı rahat ve güzel. Kahvaltısı iyi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibar. Resepsiyondaki İbrahim Bey başta olmak üzere tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim.

If you travel to Erbil, Haden Hotel is the place you must stay at. I visited Erbil in November, and my stay could not have been better. The hotel is modern, spotless clean, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and are very affordably priced. The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the city center, or a walkable +- 15 minutes. Every single staff member at this hotel was extremely kind and helpful. The staff come across as a family, and no question is too much. When I return to Erbil, I will stay again at Haden without a doubt, with pleasure!

I had a single room, very clean and spacious but it was without a view felt like night all day , asked for upgrade with a open view off course been told only bigger rooms more money as well so .

Totally, it was a good Hotel. The breakfast was very nice. The room’s carpet was dirty.

فندق يستاهل ينحط عشر نجوم ماشاءالله نظافه ورتابه والموظفين حبابين كتير عنجد ولا اروع من هيك من كل النواحي الخدمه والغرفه والموقع

رجعت انا وابنتي وابني من السوق الساعة التاسعة ليلاً الى الفندق و عند الدخول الفندق امرنا رجل يرتدي بدله زرقاء بالدخول عبر الجهاز باشارة اليد بوجه غاضب و عند الخروج من الجهاز قام بتفتيش جيوبنا و ارجلنا ونحن نزلى لمدة ٣ ايام وبعد ان اكمل توجهنا الى المصعد كانت نضرات الستعلامات علينا بقول من فضلكم ابرزو لنا ارقام غركم و المفاتيح تعامل سئ اقلق الاولاد
