Park Place Tower

The behavior of the receptionist who wears the blazer is completely unacceptable. Most of the time I see him, he does not even smile. If you ask him a question, he responds with a rude face and rude words. We pay to live in this apartment and deserve basic respect. Very bad behavior and 0% customer service.

For Dubai, this is actually one of the best towers to live in. 40 metres pool, almost a fully complete gym which occasionally gets upgraded with new equipment, a nice sauna that is often empty, only 8 units per floor and very importantly: sound-proof walls. You never hear a noise from a neighbouring flat. Just a shame Azizi is building this monster of a tower right next to it. It will cause a lot of congestion.

Well maintained tower.

Lived there for 10 years . Best mangment and one of the cleanest buildings in Dubai .
