The worst transport company I have ever seen in my life did not advise anyone to BE VERY CAREFUL. 200% incompetence and the boss is a liar. You are unable to transport a pallet to Domotex Dubai. It's a shame....

1 star is already too much rewards but unfortunately we cannot put 0! We contracted and paid for an air shipment with a TT of 5 days, it ends up with a road service and a TT of 49 days, with a delivery to the wrong city (we had to manage the final delivery to the correct location on our own at our own cost)! If you want to waste time, efforts and money, this is the right place, otherwise, run away!!!

we need an urgent item but no one will serve you, our goods already arrived but no one will contact you and they never answer phone call.

A bad security service specifically for truck drivers . They can't speak good even use the rude language . They give me excuses again and again our system is not working . Some of the driver are waiting whole night .( I ask this not from my side all the drivers tell me that everytime security have same things). I tell to my company I will never come again to this company DB SCHENKER . I come here at sharp 8 'o' clock and now the time is 10 : 47 and they have no planning .

This company is a ripp-off . They will charge you 350dhs as "documentation fees" per document !!! If you are shipping anything airport to airport from any country to Dubai don't even consider them . In my case DHL or FedEx TO HOME delivery would've been cheaper !! The charged me ridiculous fees and that was without any customs clearance , no delivery , and without customs duty , VAT nothing ! I still don't understand why I was charged such high fees considering that the shipping was already payed for. I had to go back and forth between Dubai customs , their miserable office and I will have to collect the package myself. This company should be ashamed of it's practice. Never ever again. Not in a million years. First and last time that I deal with this nonsense .

I got 5 different phone numbers until this moment, everyone give me a different phone number and send me to another one. And from 01-02PM they have lunch break and don't answer the phone! It's a joke company!!! Not recommended at all

you security system is gud but your washroom is like shit

Not processing our order, ghosting us for 5 days - damaging our business. NEVER AGAIN.

Its outside freezone so when routes suggested by Google maps take routes guides from outside. Dont go for short routes....
