I have had a very bad experience all the time I went there 1st they are very slow in service we have to stand in the line for a very long time to get the basic medicine and even after standing there they usually dont have the medicine its very dissapointing I have always left the store with empty hand after waiting for 20 minutes and the staff do not have idea where there products have been kept they are acting as if they are searching for it unless we give up and say we don't want anything the staff have a very bad attitude as well.

A small pharmacy on Egmore High Road where you can get both basic otc medicines and some prescription items. Since there are a few other pharmacies on this road, this place is not that popular. It is recently renovated adding more space.

If you are lucky the staff in the counter will respond and give the medicine on-time. Otherwise you have to wait like a lost case. The staff in the counter should realise that the shop is operated for the costomers.

I ordered medicine online, partially it got delivered, and whatever expensive items remaining some fraud delivery guy marked as delivered whereas actually it was not attempted to deliver . Customer care is also simply buying time not taking any actions . I would suggest no one to order medicine from apollo app as they are doing some fraud. Very very bad experience with Apollo medicine online I have already sent mail to this id, no action taken yet except automated replies
