Cross Sport Complex

Tried the mojito at Cross Sport Complex and was really disappointed. It was way too sugary — more like minty sugar water than a refreshing drink. The taste was overpowering and artificial, definitely not what you'd expect from a place that promotes health and fitness. Unfortunately, the service didn’t help the experience either. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, barely acknowledged the order, and didn’t seem open to any feedback. Overall, both the drink and the customer service were underwhelming.

Վայ տարիներ առաջ այնքան հաճելի տեղ էր , հիմա տապչանները անտանելի կեղտոտ և փնթի ջուրը մեր գնացած ժամանակ պղտոր ու ես միակ մարդը չեմ ր դա ասում եմ իմ շրջապատից ով էլ գնացել է հիասթափված է , սպասարկումն էլ անտանելի ինչ պատվիրում ես ուշ են բերում կամ մոռանում են , երբ հիշեցնում ես մի բանե իրենք ենք քեց սարկազմով վերաբերվում

Начнем с того что бассейн очень старый и не отремонтированный. Плюс ко всему температура воды очень часто бывает ниже заявленной. А сейчас перед Новым годом видимо в целях экономии вода вообще ледяная, плавать невозможно. В зале тоже холодно. Никто не предупреждает и ответ на это один - фильтры помыли. Было бы порядочнее предупредить посетителей, чтобы каждый сам решал идти или не идти. Время тратиться, а в итоге только разочарование. Просто непорядочно так поступать. Неудивительно, что все больше постоянных посетителей отдают предпочтение другим бассейнам. Нехватки в городе точно нет.

Были пока всего раз, очень сильно понравилось. За территорией ухаживают, персонал вежливый, в баре цены не накручивают. Пушка. Приходите заранее к 9-10 ! Тогда шансы занять лежак значительно выше. Будни 6000, выходные 8000, полотенце аренда 1000.

Помойка. Там даже у них нет кафе где посидеть нормально покушать после тренировки или чтобы кофе взять. Полотенца тоже не дают. Бассейн грязный в который добавляют какую то дешевую ужасную хлорку от которой потом тошнит. Нигде ничего не отремонтировано. Одним словом помойка.

Сломался шкафчик в раздевалке, чтобы самому в плавках не ходить на стойку регистрации отправил человека, ему сказали, что сейчас ко мне подойдут, я ждал 25 минут и никто не подошел, 25! Пришлось самому в плавках идти на стойку регистрации и наорать на них, после чего всего за 3 минуты открыли шкафчик универсальным ключом, а девушка всё это время ждала и беспокоилась, а у меня даже не было возможности связаться с ней, телефон был в шкафчике, идиотизм, самый ужасный сервис, что встречал в Армении за 2 года

I loved that place several years ago, but yesterday was the worst day in my life. For which I paid 75$. During a day in that cottage, I found a used pipe, black fluff, dirty bedding... Usually, I never write negative reviews, but this time, it is impossible. No more comments. the attached videos are more than enough.

Cross is my favorite pool in Yerevan. I have been visiting it every summer for many years. I visited the outdoor pool and the sauna today and it had changed since my last visit but is still the best pool to me in Yerevan. The outdoor pool is really nice, has an awesome restaurant in the area which serves delicious food, has fast service and nice servers. The indoor area is currently separated from the outdoor pool area and you would have to pay additionally to use the indoor pool, sauna, gym, etc. Cross is my go-to place for a pool in Yerevan.

Sport complex after some repair works become better this year. We used to go there with family sometimes just with a single ticket ( 5000 AMD for 16+ and 3000 for 16-) but usually we took some packages (eg 15000 AMD). There is table tennis u can bring your own bats or use what will be free in the room, also there is big basketball court and small gym. In summer we use their outside pool it is nice and cosy but it is always full ))) and in winter they have closed pool with sauna.

Все бы хорошо , если бы вода в закрытом бассейне была чище и не пахла бы хлором . В тренажёрном зале не хватает свежего воздуха , так же как и в бассейне . В целом все условия есть . Вода очень тёплая .

It is overall OK. The pool is a bit too crowded. Prices for an entrance and in the menu are high.

My first time ever at the Red Cross pool and I would say this is my WORST experience!!! staff’s professionalism is on the lowest level, they are rude, guys literally STINK!!! I mean the waiters at the cafe, the changing room stinks, one toilet for all the visitors in the changing room amd I was lucky there was no que lol maybe cuz everyone pees in the pool (which I was disgusted to enter the whole day), no renovation and everythibg is old and tasteless except that there are lots of trees around and few swing sofas, that’s all!!! absolutely didn’t worth the money and my time, ordered water with 2 pieces of lemon and they counted 100 amd each lol this is the cheapest service I have ever seen! I would prefer go to Hrazdan hotel pool or any other pool in yhe center of Yerevan that belongs to a hotel!!! P.S. I am Yerevanian Armenian so I don’t compare to other countries, there is NOTHING to compare this place with they simply don’t fit lol, good luck!

Отличный бассейн, дети особо не мешали, кафе приемлимое, за эту цену место идеальное, ведь можно пользоваться не только бассейном, но и поиграть в настольный тенис, а при желании даже потренироваться, но есть одна проблема-персонал. Весьма дружелюбный, но работают жутко медленно

Бассейн конечно хороший, музыка приятная, чисто, персонал хороший. Но вход в бассейн напоминает советский союз. Раздевалки тоже самое. Здание очень старое. Жаль, что так

Это супер. Вас кружат, танцуют, любят. Бассейн обалденный, вкусно, красиво. очень много персонала - они внимательны до мозга костей. Супер

Well i dont know where to start... Should start with the staff or the poor service that they greet you with .. I went in with my family and they were looking at me as if i was an alien they even had the audacity to ask my parents if i could go in with them never seen such low common sense people like this well if they had a half a star well i would give it this case this place is a no no.

Το νερο ηταν καθαρο....γενικα τα υπολοιπα οχι κ τοσο καθαρα....πολυ ακριβο κατα τη γνωμη μου....μονο η εισοδος για πισινα 10.000dram....το εστιατοριο ομορφο αλλα επισης λιγο ακριβο για Αρμενια....
