It's absolutely a wonderful experience. Spacious lobby. Decorated spaces. Service was amazing. Hospitable staff. Quite Good Location. Rooms were not so electrifying as they lacked ambience.

Stayed here from 20-22 feb Its very near by to airport And very near by to JW MARIOT where our event was. Staff were humble, polite and professional. Rooms- ok ish Family recommendation- may be For work- definitely yes 24 x7 food room service available They provide complimentory pickup and drop in their van Negatives 1)Ac wasnt working well, , were tired first day and didnt complain, complained next day- but wasnt solved - didnt reduced tariff on requested 2) didnt provide us drop for my colleague who had flight at diferent timing though our stay was for 3 days . According to their policy - only 1 pick up and 1 drop - bno matter how many days u stay 3) driver was very rash- just missed an accident They provided us transit stay- for 1000 rupees

The room conditions were below expectations. There was a noticeable cigarette odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, and mobile network coverage inside the room was poor. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation, making it feel stuffy and poorly maintained. Overall, the basic amenities and comfort levels need significant improvement.

Stayed in this hotel for couple of times. It's very near to the airport terminal-2 and also budget friendly. Price may vary as per the season. Rooms are good. Most importantly it is peaceful. No one will come and distrub in the middle. Room service available. You can call and order food any time. Food taste is okay. TV and Wifi is available. I For me, Everything is good. I used to stay inside the airport and also paid more money just for one day at different hotel. But, then i searched and i found this one. I will recommend to the people who is willing to stay one or two days. Plan accordingly as per the check-in and check-out timings. If not you may have to pay extra day charges😶. It's okay to visit and stay as a couple. Note: Nothing is free here. They will charge for water bottle as well.(Only 2 small water bottles will be provided as complimentary for whole stay). I felt food cost is little high. It would have been more better if the price is a bit less. Overall, I liked this one.

They are very cheap, so I was a bit hesitant to book this place, but it turned out to be very clean and very close to the airport. Airport transport is free at any time of the day or night. You can also order food from the restaurant 24/7—my husband had scrambled eggs via room service at 2:30 a.m. Definitely good value for the price. Of course, don’t expect any luxury, but it does exactly what it promises.

It’s worst hotel because room is some cockroach and fully wet wet flore and AC just like show up not good condition… no network only wifi seriously horrible experience

Great hotel to stay. Comes in your budget. Staff and people at reception are very good and helpful. From check-in to check-out they always help the guests. Area is safe and family friendly. And they also have 24/7 running Kitchen. And what more could you need when Gurudwara is just next to it. Great place. Great people. Great locality. Enjoyed my stay.

On my way to airport had to sort some of my laggage so reached early be sure what all to Carry along. Hotel waiters were ok and co operative. As it was nearby to airport our client had booked it. Over all a small room with AC and only reciption had AC other path ways were warn and narrow. Had stayed for a night and nothing noticably for this apart from it's location.

Service staff upgrade free airport pick up and really close to the airport however the rooms are filthy. Underneath the bed or underneath the bedside table has never been cleaned the amount of dust and grind there I’m sure attracts bedbugs like the one that I saw when I checked in.

Its very close to the Chatrapathi shivaji Airport mumbai. Backside of JW Marriot. Neat and clean hotel for a few hours or 1 day stay. For 3k good place for freshen up or even a day stay for 2pax with free Taxi Airport drop. Refreshments and Breakfast on request. Dormitory facility also available at a lower rate. Best for Airport transfers

As per the location it's fine but the rooms are not that much ok compare to the price it's like a lodge type, on the room the cabinet was not clean it was old furniture ac was their but for family it's not good

My go-to hotel for short stays in Mumbai. Directly to the airport with airport shuttle. The rooms are basic but decent with comfortable beds. Compared to the rather high hotel prices in Mumbai it's great value. Just note that you'll need cabs to move around, nothing is walking distance.

I stayed in dormitory, I liked it. It's safe, multiple washrooms, I loved that food can be ordered anytime.

It is good hotel for a day transit, very close to the international airport. Restaurant facility for basic food order too is satisfactory. My mom who is 60+ stayed there alone twice during her transit and it was safe and staff is very helpful. Rooms are small but for a single occupancy it was fair enough. Though network coverage is a bit of a problem but the hotel’s reception is helpful in connecting if you call the reception to give message in the room.

Best hotel and best service. Their staffs are real professionals. Highly recommended if you are flying from Mumbai airport

The accommodations offer good value for the price. However, there is a notable level of noise during the daytime hours.

It was a solo and leisurely trip. Stayed for a night. A good place for a transit stay near the International Airport, Mumbai. The room & washroom was clean. The reception staff was cooperative. The management provided a free drop at T-2 early in the morning. Elevator is not available therefore it is not suitable for a person in a wheelchair.

Stayed for 1 night. They arranged to pick me up from the airport. Price is reasonable too for a place about 10 minutes drive from the airport (longer if there's traffic). Rooms were clean enough. Like others are saying, visitors not allowed is a downside.
