⚠️ Extremely Disappointed – Avoid at All Costs ⚠️
I was initially told that the item I wanted cost Rs. 900 per piece. However, when I chose the same quality item in a different design, they sneakily charged me double without informing me upfront. This kind of deceptive pricing is unacceptable.
The salesmen were very friendly while I was purchasing, assuring me of a 1-year warranty. They said I wouldn’t need a physical receipt because they’d save my contact number and warranty details in their system. Based on that trust, I made purchases worth several lacs from them.
But when I went back to claim the warranty on a faulty socket, their behavior completely changed. Suddenly:
They asked “Where is the receipt?”, even though they claimed everything was saved in their system.
They falsely accused me of breaking it myself – why would anyone damage their own equipment intentionally?
Then they shifted blame to the electrician, trying every excuse to avoid honoring the warranty.
Finally, one of them arrogantly said, “I’m the owner, and we won’t claim anything. There’s no warranty – where is it written?”
The two salesmen at the counter were rude, shameless, and clearly trained to behave like this. For a simple faulty socket, they disrespected a loyal customer who had spent a huge amount at their store. This is not just bad service – it’s a complete betrayal of trust.

You won’t just get overcharged — they won’t honor any warranty and will gaslight and blame you if something goes wrong. Who knows if they’re even selling genuine or duplicate equipment?
👉 Instead, buy from markets where there’s healthy competition, transparent pricing, and respect for warranty commitments. This business deserves to be reported to the consumer court for misleading customers and unethical behavior.
Don’t fall for the fake smiles. Their only goal is to trap you until the sale is done. Possibility their all positive reviews are fake.
