I would like to raise a concern about the unpleasant service I experienced, particularly from two Filipino women — one a staff member and the other appearing to be a supervisor or manager. Their treatment, especially toward people of colour, was unprofessional and discriminatory. This kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the company and creates an unwelcoming environment for customers. Such actions should not be tolerated in any workplace that values diversity and respect!!!

They have the worst service ever, they treat you well if you attend the shop in a low season time, i was a loyal customer and now not anymore, we visited on Friday the 30th of December and we were assisted in a bad manner, on the other hand we discovered that all sizes with a high demand are hidden, but the communication was that there is s no availability while the second day after the sale has finished you found out that all sizes are available, plz do not bluff people

Worst service ever seen … what they mean by business… just for showoff … really feel pity about the brand … I know Armani Exchange is a good brand but staffs are spoiling it … no response while calling them .

البنت العربية الي بتعمل في المحل (فرع فيستفال)، غير متفهمة و سيئة في التعامل، رحت أبدل حذاء أصغر من مقاسي بنمرتين و هدية، و مصرّة إنه الحذاء ملبوس و هو حتى الستكر الشفاف من تحت لسا عليه و بتكذب فيني بإنه ملبوس😃 بس مشان ما بدها تبدله و بعد ما ضاق فيها الموضوع بتحكيلي أساسا مرّ أكثر من ثلاثة أيام و إحنا ما بنبدل يعني غير واضحة من الأساس ، و ما بتعرف تاخد قرار على حذاء لونه أبيض ملبوس أو لاء! يعني بالمنطق كيف شخص رح يستخدم حذاء أصغر من نمرته بنمرتين!!! هذا شكل حذاء أبيض ملبوس!
