I've heard that current society secretary/chairman, who was previously expelled for misconduct, enforces questionable bylaws. These bylaws unfairly restrict pet owners from using common areas like stilt parking and elevators designated for public use. Legally, such restrictions cannot be imposed on pets in public spaces. Furthermore, the building suffers from frequent leakage problems, particularly in bathrooms. This can lead to property damage and inconvenience for residents. Recommendation: Consider other housing options if you prioritize a well-managed society, reasonable pet policies, and a well-maintained building.

It has a lot of facilities and amenities but the problem is that there are too many people to enjoy the amenities
