You'll find variety of sweets, Chinese, continental and southern cuisine dishes. You can also order online via Swiggy and Zomato! But things apart, the quality and quantity with taste is just superb.

I order 2 plate Chana bhatura and I received 2 plate Chana Puri through Zomato App. Chana Bhatura is costly than Chana Puri.

Highly dissatisfied with the quality and service. Ordered Dal Makhni and they took over 30 mins to prepare...even when there was no barely anyone else's order. After around 25 mins I was fed up waiting...so thought to cancel order and go home...but the moment I asked that how much more time will it take ...if it's not ready or they have not started preparing cancel this order. But they said it's ready and handed me the order in next 5 mins. Paid 200 rs. and came back home. When I opened the container to my surprise it...was not looking like dal makhni and there's was no dal in it...only the gravy...which also was not tasting good. Felt cheated...as it was not even worth 50rs So had to cook sabzi again for dinner. They could have simply refused the order if they didn't had Dal makhni available

This place is one of the oldest sweet shop of jammu . This place contain both sweet shop as well as Restaurant for fast food . They also provide sweet shop in bulk quantities. You have to order in advance.They have a variety of sweets to choose from. You can either take away or have it right there

Sweets were just average and the dine-in experience wasn’t great. Cleanliness and service need serious improvement. There’s a clear decline in taste and overall food quality compared to previous years. The standard they once maintained is missing now

The entrance is not wheelchair accessible. There is no parking lot, you have to park anywhere on the roadside. The sweats are little pricey but at the same time they are of good quality.

This review is for the chocolate burfi which I always used to take from kwality because theirs I used to consider the best. I recently bought 2kgs of chocolate burfi and to my surprise it is even worse than what any of the thousands of rural sweet shops in Jammu region can make. Really really disappointed because I brought it all that way overseas and when I opened the box.. It not just looked different.. but tasted bad.. See the photo attached.. It is just not the burfi it used to be. Disappointed that I did not taste it before bringing it all the way across the seas!! I hope kwality can fix their chocolate burfi again.

We ordered alfredo white sauce pasta and Nutella waffle! 🧇 But the only thing that is a con is they didn't follow the instructions we gave! otherwise Nutella was 5/5 and pasta was 3/5 Place is cosy and asthetic

If you buy Dal rice.... And if Dal is not sufficient for the amount of rice provided.... Then you will have place order for separate dal meal from menu for your remaining quantity of rice

Clean ambience... Good food.. But don't order watermelon mohito.. It's full of sugar n syrup.. Go for mint and green apple mohito.. Quite expensive.. For 3people rs 1k.

The new outlet opened is quite good, very spacious and having an ambient atmosphere but the quality of food is not upto the mark, little bit overpriced dishes offered and service is slow too

I tried kaladhi, rajkachori and sandwich there.sandwich was good but rajkachori is less and curd is more not good ,also kaladhi was not good

I have been to this place many a times and have never been disappointed. The food is decent enough and some things are particularly tasty. I have tried their Chana Puri a lot and its really tasty. Their sweets like Rasgulla and Rasmalai are frankly better than Pahalwan's the supposed most famous sweet shop in Jammu. They are situated on the junction of Canal Road and Science College road.

Worst kind of customer service . Order 4 items but only 2 received and when i call them to ask about food they didn’t answer

Even being in the middle of the town it is quite spacious. With a basement and Floor above, the space is quite enough so there was no rush. Easily got a table for family. The quality of the food was very good. The aroma and taste of items around was so convincing that one would surely like to order almost every item on the list. The quantity was even more than the price. At same price one might get lesser quantity of Items at other similar reputed restaurant. The customer service was really good. The tables were neat and clean. Served glasses of water right after sitting even before ordering anything. Didn't take much time in serving the food once ordered and everything was freshly prepared, resulting the taste was so good. Being at the heart of the town one must visit this shop cum restaurant for its cuisine and sweets.
