Good car workshop. Considered first class workshop by ROP. The mechanics there know what are they doing.

Very professional work and nice people. Compared with painting works done by other garages that I have seen, the quality of the work is very clean and neat, almost to the original painting. Thanks to the staff and technicians who did the great work.

Worst service. Selfish people. Only see their profit. For minor dents, kept my vehicle for 11 days. Very bad customer service. When ever new India Assurance sends the vehicle to this garage, please ask the insurance agent to send your vehicle to another repair shop. After posting this review, i was called by phone today and was threatend to remove this post. As i have written the truth, i am not going to remove it.

We visited this workshop to service a company vehicle. Before handing over the car, we specifically asked for a quotation first, and they agreed—on the condition that if we didn’t proceed with the service, we’d pay 25 OMR + VAT. Fair enough. I mentioned a few specific complaints to be checked, but the staff insisted they would inspect everything and prepare a quotation, promising to return the car the same day. Hours passed with no update. We had to call them ourselves in the afternoon to get any response. What they said left us shocked—they had already done the service without our approval, performed only a basic oil change and wash, and charged 12.6 OMR. None of the actual issues we mentioned were addressed. When I went to collect the car, the staff behaved arrogantly, as if they were doing us a favor. When I questioned why the service was done without a quotation, they demanded cash only—no card accepted. While I went to arrange cash, another staff member suddenly claimed the shop was closed and told me to come back the next day. To make things worse, they even moved the car back inside the garage to prevent me from taking it, despite it being ready and parked outside! Only after a heated argument did they unlock the garage and return the car. This kind of unprofessional and arrogant behavior is unacceptable. Such staff will ruin the reputation of the workshop. I will never recommend this place to any of my colleagues or friends.

ورشة ممتازة صبغت سيارتي البرادو عندهم بصراحة عملهم ممتاز جدا وتعاملهم راقي يمتازوا بحسن التعامل والاسلوب الراقي ويتعاملوا مع جميع الملاحظات الي تخبرهم فيها عن الشغل في السيارة هذه زيارتي الثانية لورشة سماء الرافدين أصلح عندهم حادث سيارة كامري وارد أمريكا والحقيقة أنها ورشة تصليح وسمكرة ممتازة جدا كان التصليح ممتاز وكذلك السمكرة وسيرفس السيارة ويتم فحص السيارة بالكامل ويساعدوك في توفير قطع الغيار الاصلية وأشكر الاخ عبدالعزيز والاخ عبيدة على التعامل الراقي

جراج زين وشغله مره حلو ومواعيدهم مظبوطه وفي شخص اسمه محمد طارق في الاوفيس هذا زين والله

بعد التجربة الاولى عندهم،اوصفهم بانها احد الورشة القليلة المحترفة غير الاستغلالية،و أنصح الجميع بزيارتهم جميع الموظفين محترمين لأبعد الحدود ، خاصة الأخ عبيدة إن شاء الله ما غلطت بالاسم ،من تعاملهم تعرف السمعة الزينه هي الهدف ما الفلوس ، بخصوص عملهم محترفين وسريعين بالعمل، أنصح خاصة جميع سكان الانصب وغلا بسبب محدودية الورشة الزينه تكون هذا الورشة المعتمدة عندهم، اشكر الجميع ع تعاملهم وأن شاء الله المزيد من التقدم .

تجربة أقل ما يقال عنها أنها رائعة كل ما شاهدته بإعلان الانستجرام تم تنفيذه وبجودة عالية جدا، صيانة السيارة، الفحص النظري، فحص الكمبيوتر، الغسيل. تعامل أخلاقي رفيع المستوى.

Management not professional at all , They cant reply basic inquires I’m replying to the owner reply : No I wasn’t notified about the materiel used or the period of the warranty , When I inquired about the materiel used and warranty period in WhatsApp The owner replied ( Just bring the car to start the job ) meaning ( don’t waste our time if you want bring the car if you don’t want to don’t bring it )

المكان رائع والخدمة جدا ممتازة بدون مبالغة عن تجربة شخصية انصح كل شخص عندة مشكله في السياره او حادث لا سامح الله أن يتوجه الى هذه الورشة المتكاملة من جميع الأقسام تمنياتي لكم بالتوفيق والتقدم الى الامام ان شاءالله

سلام علیکم ابغى اضيف نقاط عجبتني يعني نفتقد هذي نقطه في اغلب ورشات ۱- معامله موظفین ۲- دقه عمل ۳- ثقه عمال ف ورشه ٤- توقيت المتفق عليه ٥-شغل المتكامل شغلكم تبارك الرحمن ۲۰۰/۲۰۰ بصراحه يعني شغل الي يبغاه قلبك يعني المبلغ لي تخسره على سياره يستحق بصراحه موفقین وتم بحمد لله استلام سيارتي وراضي . عنه الحمدلله
