May be as it was the late night we couldn't find things so good but were ok. But fresh milk tea is awesome.

Such a wonderful place to spend your evenings. It got great ambience and the quality of food is just wow. Everyone in here are friendly and it kind of feels like home. Now its part of my daily routine to go here , just enjoy my food and feel at peace.

Even though I didn't dine in, the quality of the food was not compromised in the slightest. I have to give a special shoutout to their Briyani – it was a true delight. It's not every day that you find such a winning combination of taste and value. The packaging of the food was top-notch. I like hot shay cuz it's really affordable and has very tasty food. I also appreciate the person bringing the food to my doorstep, and the person answering my calls, always calling me ma'am. Respectful and dignified service. Thank you guys for everything. Btw your food is so tasty and I really like the Gobi Manchurian. They always try to accommodate my request as I regularly order. Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The manager Abdul seemed disinterested and were unresponsive to our requests.

Unpleasant Encounter with Rude Staff at the Restaurant Hey there! So, I went to this restaurant yesterday, and let me tell you, the staff Mr Abdul behavior was a major letdown. From the moment we walked in, their attitude was just plain rude. It's such a shame because I had high hopes for this place.

Loved the food and atmosphere I ordered here as well as went many times during the leisure time from my work and it turned out to be excellent. Hi very bad experience. This is second time I have orders chicken shwarma.. Taste less. Only few chicken PCs inside. Wil not recommend anyone to order food frm hot shay tecom

Very nice service, food quality was also veryy good and tasty however could be a little cheaper Very nice staff. Just the location is a little difficult to find which makes it hard to reach.

I would not recommend this restaurant based on the poor behavior of the Staff Mr Abdul . It's important for a restaurant to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

The Tea here is amazing and the wraps. Based on the quality and portion size offered the price is decent. Well trained and friendly staff.
