Blue World City- Exclusive Office

Coming from ISL I took an exit from chakri interchange and in ten minutes I reached the Blueworld gate. I wanted to visit this town personally and I would say that this is indeed a city in itself. The major roads have been built, but the plot cutting and blocks are still yet to be developed. I saw an operational school and few families which are residing there in their general block. There is also a coffee shop, second cup coffee shop and it was amazing to sit their. That was the most quite and serence coffee shop I ever had gone to. I would say it will still take next 7-10 years for this society, or town to be functional properly but it would be a hood long term investment in their starting front blocks and commercials.

Scammers, they won’t refund your money even after a year of submitting the refund application and the file has also been surrendered. They are just looting people on the name of development and if you go to the site. There is nothing you can call development. It’s been more than 7 years they are doing development but if you go to the site and see you will only find few commercial buildings and nothing else

Blue World City is a good project overall, especially for overseas buyers. The process of paying monthly installments online is very convenient, and their app makes it easy to access payment statements, schedules, and project updates. However, I find the development charges to be a bit too high, which makes it less attractive in the long run. There’s a lot of potential here, but these extra costs can be discouraging.

Be careful new investor for investment of this project bcz no NOC & development charges to much higher, either In Different blocks price's are different at same location it's means development charges are included in cost of land.

مجھے بہت افسوس اور حالاتِ مجبوری میں یہاں لکھنا پڑھ رہا ہے کہ میرے ساتھ دھوکہ ہوا ہے بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کی فائل کے نام پر، اور پیسے کھانے والا بھی بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کا کارپوریٹ آفس والے ہیں۔ نہ تو میری فائل مجھے دی جارہی ہے اور نہ ہی رقم۔ میں ایک اوورسیز پاکستانی ہوں، اور میں نے بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کے ہر فورم پر آواز اٹھائی، حتٰی کہ سعد نذیر صاحب کو بھی سارے ثبوت بھیجے لیکن کسی نے بھی میری ایک نہ سُنی، میں نے آج کے بعد قسم ٹھان لی ہے کہ نہ تو خود مزید کوئی انویسٹمنٹ کروں گا اور نہ ہی کسی اور کو کرنے کا مشورہ دوں گا، اور میں اوورسیز کے ہر فورم پر آواز اُٹھاؤں گا انشاءاللہ، میری حق حلال خون پسینے کی کمائی ہڑپ کر لی گئی اور میری آواز سُنی ان سُنی کر دی گئی۔۔ جنید علی

Alhamdulilah I got my plot number of 7 Marla on overseas block as a overseas Pakistani I trusted them in the year off 2020 and now I got the my plot number so thanks BWC TEAM best wishes for BWC in feature and I recommend everyone to invest in BWC
