出張で利用しました。直前だったせいか、会社の予算内のホテルが無くて困っていましたが、こちらを見つける事ができました！ 立地はとても良く、駅も近いし、コンビニはもちろん、飲食店も多くて助かりました。 フロントの方もとても親切で、こちらの質問に丁寧に対応いただけました。 客室内はとても静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。 他のお客様が静かだっただけかもしれませんが、だとしたら客層も良いという事かなと思います。

【夜２０時以降】チェックイン【朝８時までに】チェックアウトプランで宿泊 スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、寝るだけならコスパ良し 総合評価： • サービス・接客 20時以降のチェックインでしたが、フロントスタッフさんの応対が非常に丁寧で安心できました。説明も明快でスムーズに手続きを終えられました。 • 良かった点 ミネラルウォーター1本のサービスがあり、地味に嬉しいポイントでした。 【総評】 朝8時までの早朝チェックアウトという制限はありますが、その分リーズナブル。スタッフさんの感じが良いので、割り切って利用するならおすすめできるホテルです。

A Great stay! The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It was also really good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

立地が良く、少し高いが、アメニティが充実していて最高。 部屋に入ってすぐの照明スイッチの所の脇にカギを引っ掛かるフックが有り心遣いを感じた。 テーブルにコンセントの他にUSB-B、USB-C、Lightningのケーブルが出ていました。 テーブルの引き出しにクリップやホチキスも有りました。 また、枕元にコンセントとUSB-Aの2口差し込み口が有り、寝ている時にスマホを近くに置いて充電出来る事も良かった。 加湿器も有り、ゆっくり過ごせました。 飲み物の自販機が有ると良いと思いました。

スライドベッドで清掃は3日に1回のプランで2名で泊まりました。掃除が入らないので荷物広げっぱなしで出かけました。スライドベッドもほとんど同じ大きさで問題なし。 羽田から1本で行けるので便利。ホテルに一番近いA6出口は階段のみで荷物があるのでエレベーターがあるA1出口から出ましたがそれでも5分ぐらいで行けたと思います。 最初部屋の鍵がなかなか開けられず四苦八苦🤣　外にも中にも鍵の開け方が大きめのシールで貼ってあって何度かやってできました。鍵が開けられないとは恥ずかしくて聞きにいけなかったので開いてよかったです。 部屋はきれいで充電器と充電ケーブルもあるしアメニティも充実してるしフロントの方も丁寧な対応でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。10月だったのでハロウィンの飾り付けがしてあってかわいかったです😊

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife. Excellent experience overall. The staff took great care of us. The rooms are small, but has all the amenities you can think of. The coin operated laundry on floor 3 came in very handy as well. If flying in/out of Haneda, its just 1 direct train away from the hotel, which is extremely convenient. Will return!

Absolutely love this hotel. I’ve been back twice. Great amenities, warm staff, and quiet, comfortable rooms. Worth every penny. Hope to be back soon :)

Loved this place so much the first time that we came back for our second and third visits. Conveniently located within walking distance to a train station. Very calm area. Can easily reach the neighboring prefectures via train, walking. Etc. rooms are pretty compact, but comfortable and accommodating.

Hotel is ok. Maybe the cheapest hotel in tokyo very small like every other business hotel in Tokyo. Stayed there in an emergency schedule. Some staffs were really not polite.

Cute hotel! The room had the perfect amount of space for my partner and I and lots of little amenities. The bathroom was small but great water pressure in the shower and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We are grateful that we could book it at the last second!

素泊まりのみのホテルです。 １人部屋に宿泊。 部屋も適度な広さがあり、何の問題もありません。 コインランドリーが１台あります。 洗剤は１階のフロント、コインランドリーの所で購入出来ます。

浅草橋駅近くにあり便利。コンビニも近い。 部屋は狭いが、値段が安いので納得できる。 風呂は狭いので、近所の銭湯を利用すると良い。

The website and room information says there is air conditioning but there isn't, they have it in the building but it is controlled by management and they refuse to turn it on when it is 26 degrees Celsius / 79 degrees fahrenheit so really there is no air conditioning. On top of that, the room and bathroom is super tiny and could barely fit two luggages without blocking something. There is also, most likely due to being so tiny, only one chair in a room for two people so if you both want to sit, one person has to sit on the bed. The room itself is okay for smells but the hallway has a bad odor to it.

服務人員不友善，本身我哋講緊英文就問我哋可唔可以講普通話，全程都冇咩笑容。但係見到有日本人嘅時候即刻轉晒聲調 房間冇咩大問題，有USB充電，仲有鉸剪同埋消毒噴霧，廁所有埋棉花棒，呢點真係幾好嘅 缺點部份：Wi-Fi好差，基本上乜都load唔到，由於廁所比較細，放廁紙嘅地方好尷尬，要坐喺度再側身先拎到。態度差，仲話毛巾唔可以幫手更換，如果要換就要俾錢

這次再次入住東京淺草橋的 WEB HOTEL，真的有一種「回到熟悉地方」的安心感。從外觀就能感受到這間飯店的低調與穩定，簡潔的建築設計搭配乾淨的門面，沒有過多華麗裝飾，但卻給人一種踏實、耐看的質感。門口的小植栽與座位區，在陽光照射下顯得特別溫暖，也讓整體氛圍多了一點生活感，而不是單純冷冰冰的住宿空間。 走進飯店後，可以明顯感受到管理上的用心，無論是環境整潔還是動線安排都很到位。房間雖然延續日本商務旅館一貫的精巧空間，但規劃合理，行李擺放、休息動線都不會感到壓迫。床鋪舒適度也很好，一整天行程結束後能好好放鬆休息，對旅人來說非常重要。 特別值得一提的是，飯店取得了防火優良認證，讓人住起來更安心。服務人員態度親切，溝通順暢，整體給人的感覺是穩定且可靠，不會有壓力，也不會過度打擾。 地理位置更是這間飯店的一大優勢，位於淺草橋一帶，生活機能方便，附近有便利商店、餐廳，距離車站也不遠，不論是前往上野、秋葉原或轉乘其他路線都非常方便。 這種多年後再次回訪的感覺，其實很難得，不只是住宿品質的維持，更是一種記憶與現實重疊的體驗。從熟悉的街道、門口的擺設，到房間裡的氛圍，都讓人有種「沒變，但更安心」的感受。對於習慣來東京、或帶著家人一起旅行的人來說，這裡會是一個讓人願意再次選擇、也能放心停留的地方。

浅草橋の近く、隅田川の近くにあるホテルです。 建物は古く、部屋は狭いですが、必要最低限のものは揃っています。 駅から近く、コンビニも近いので、日中は外出して、夜寝るだけであれば充分でした。 ただ、バス・トイレの狭さは都内のホテルでも屈指だと思います。 まあ、カプセルホテルで風呂トイレ共同というところに比べれば、何倍かましだと思います。 最近はカプセルホテルでも値段が高いので、値段的にもこちらのホテルは良心的だと思いました。 アクセスはよいので、便利なホテルです。

沒有行李時可以從A6出口，但是行李多時，淺草線可從A3，總武線請從A1。 從7-11這條路進，看到一家看板寫著大吉的地方右轉，好近也很方便！從業人員的態度都非常好，且英文中文日文都很棒，雖然不是大飯店但感覺舒適溫馨。 另外這裡從羽田或是成田都是一班車可抵達，非常推薦！ 荷物がない場合はA6出口から行けますが、荷物が多い場合は浅草線はA3出口、総武線はA1出口をご利用ください。7-11の通りを進み、「大吉」と書かれた看板のある場所で右に曲がると、すぐ近くでとても便利です！スタッフの対応がとても良く、英語、中国語、日本語が話せます。大きなホテルではありませんが、とても快適で温かみがあります。 また、羽田空港や成田空港からも一本で到着できるので、とてもおすすめです！ If you don't have any luggage, you can use Exit A6, but if you have a lot of luggage, take Exit A3 for the Asakusa Line, and Exit A1 for the Sobu Line. Go down the street by the 7-11, and when you see a sign with "Daikichi" written on it, turn right. It's very close and convenient! The staff's attitude is excellent, and they speak English, Chinese, and Japanese very well. Although it's not a large hotel, it feels comfortable and cozy. Additionally, you can reach here with a direct train from either Haneda or Narita Airport, so I highly recommend it!

2023-1-9 入住20點到8點方案 櫃檯人員講中文而且沒什麼口音，有可能是台灣人？ 隔天一早8點的酷航才選了淺草線直通成田access 的地點，結果早上才發現靠淺草線側的5號6號出口都沒有電梯🥲 時間上也來不及推到JR側的1號出口，就死命手搬下去了75公斤的行李。 行李前晚有詢問櫃檯check out時能否借手推車使用，回答是凌晨時段櫃檯不會有人，所以他提早前晚給我們，用完放回指定位置就好。最後手推車還是幫到忙了，感謝。 房間真的不大，不過就是正常商務需求足夠的範圍，打掃的感覺也還算乾淨，床的硬度適中、還有附加濕器，以一晚5k出頭日圓來說相當合理。 噢對 冰箱非常小 大概只能放3瓶寶特瓶600cc，而且只能垂直放 如果有禮盒或是蛋糕等必須橫放的食物就比較尷尬😅

Stayed for 4 nights in December 2023, and chose the plan option with housekeeping every 3 nights (so I ended up having my room cleaned on my last day). I received a single room on the top (5th) floor of the hotel. I booked 2 months in advance via my credit card (Chase) travel portal and had no issues with the reservation. As a solo traveler looking to sleep somewhere on a budget near Akihabara, this worked well for me. I would consider staying here again for short (less than 1 week) stays. Pros: - Cheap, in total it was less than $67/night for me. - Around a 5 minute walk from Asakusabashi Station, which is 1 stop from Akihabara. - Convenience stores nearby: Family Mart right next to the station, and a 7-11 across the street. There's also a vending machine just outside the hotel, though it sadly did not have any water options (if I remember correctly, it had coffee, tea, and corn soup). - Lots of amenities: in addition to pretty much everything you need for washing up, you also get a robe and slippers, a water boiler with instant coffee and tea sachets, and a mini fridge. - Room looked clean and I didn't find anything out of place when I arrived. - The shower pressure was superb. - Bed was comfortable and warm. - There are 2 outlets on the desk and 2 next to the bed. - Plenty of space to stash your stuff, from the area at the end of your bed under the TV to the large shelf behind your bed (I used it to lay out my clothes and personal hygiene items). - Plenty of lighting options: you can turn lights on/off at the entrance, and next to the bed (good for when you don't want to get out of bed). The bed light also has a sliding knob so you can dim the lights. - Lots of mirrors: full length mirror at the door, horizontally wide mirror in the washroom, and a small mirror above the desk (which also has a light over it, if you're working at the desk). - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful! Cons: - Since it's so close to the station, you can hear the trains running outside your window. If you're a moderate to heavy sleeper (or used to city/transit sounds in general), it's bearable. If you're a light sleeper, however, you may be woken up early in the morning and won't get any quiet until past midnight unless you bring earplugs. - For those who need to get packages delivered to the hotel, they charge 500 yen per day of storage if the package arrives before you check in. Make sure to sign for your package and keep the receipt. If the package arrives while you're staying at the hotel, they'll leave a note at your door saying that you should contact the front desk to pick it up. - The room and bed are both very small, but if you're a smaller-sized traveler and don't mind, then it shouldn't be a problem. - Heating system is centralized so you can't control the temperature of the room except by opening the window. Even in December, Tokyo tends to be quite warm (and that's by my standards as a California native). - You have a physical key to your room, and there's a keychain attached to it that's a long plastic oval with your room number. It's way bigger than it needs to be and therefore takes up unnecessary room in whatever day bag you're using. Also, when you're getting out of your room, you need to turn the lock and hold it before you touch the door handle. It's a hassle when you're dealing with luggage. - You only get 2 coat hangers - but maybe they'll give you more if you ask? - You only get 1 bottle of water. - 1 ply toilet paper, for those who care. The toilet is of course a bidet, like every other toilet in Japan, so this probably doesn't matter too much. But speaking of the bidet, I couldn't find a move option for the nozzle... - Very tiny TV, though I assume you don't care about this if you're booking a stay here. - Amenities don't include lotion, but if you didn't bring your own you could probably just grab some at a convenience store. - Trash can is very small, and you'll be told to take out your trash at a room they'll show you in the ground floor. Wasn't a problem for me, but just something to note.

Friendly staff who kindly spoke English to us. The rooms are small, but the beds are so soft. Nice little touches like pens in the rooms, shelving, etc.
