Have visited the clinic already 3 or 4 times. Doctor is good as far as my experience. But the receptionist or the nurse really needs to change her behaviour. The first time I went by 8.02 pm and as I went to the reception she enquired about my problem as if she is going is going to take appointment. But after hearing my problem, her reply was time has crossed 8 pm please come back tomorrow. Felt really awkward but left to another clinic since my health was very poor then The next time when I visited(before 8pm), she repeated the same question, I explained my problem and her response was “doctor is not available please come back tomorrow”. This really irritated me a lot. If doctor was not available, she could have told that at first itself. Also her tone was a little rude Maybe it is her duty to ask what our problems are, but the best thing to do would be to say that appointment is not possible today and but please tell us the problem and visit tomorrow.
