Had a wonderful experience at Papparoti, Al Wahda Mall. The signature coffee bun was served fresh, warm, and perfectly soft with a delicious caramelized topping. The coffee was excellent and complemented the bun perfectly. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout my visit. The ambiance was cozy, clean, and ideal for relaxing or meeting friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy quality coffee and a delightful treat. Will definitely visit again! ☕🥐😊

تجربة غير مرضية في هذا الفرع. طلبت فقط قهوتين دبل شوت وخبز الألمنت (باللوز)، ولكننا فوجئنا بإضافة خبز آخر سادة لم نطلبه رغم تأكيد الطلب. لم نمانع في البداية، لكن الأهم بالنسبة لنا أن تكون المخبوزات طازجة وفورية التحضير، وهذا للأسف لم يحدث. بعد طلبي للاستبدال، استغرق الأمر حوالي 10 دقائق، وتبيّن أن القطعة الجديدة مجرد مُسخَّنة وليست طازجة كما جربتها سابقًا (الطازجة تكون طرية من الداخل). إضافة إلى ذلك، تم احتساب شوت إضافي بقيمة 10 دراهم دون مبرر. بصراحة، التجربة كانت مخيبة للآمال، والخدمة دون المستوى المتوقع. A disappointing experience at this branch. I ordered only two double-shot coffees and an almond croissant, but we were surprised to receive an extra plain croissant that we didn’t order, even though the order was confirmed. We didn’t mind at first, but the main issue was that the pastries were not freshly prepared as expected. When I requested a replacement, it took about 10 minutes, and the new one turned out to be reheated rather than freshly baked (fresh ones are usually soft inside). Additionally, an extra espresso shot worth AED 10 was added to the bill without reason. Honestly, it was a disappointing experience, and the service did not meet expectations.

للأسف الموظفين اتغيرو واخر اربع اشهر الجوده مختلفه تماما والفرع فاضي عكس ايام زمان.. واخر مره رحت يوم الخميس كان في موظفه جديده وشكل البن غلط وفي جزء مش مستوي والكراميل مكياتو طعمو مش صحيح ومكبوب على الصحفه والصحفه فيها ماي !

The classic Pappa Roti cafe plus the best place to relax and chill, away from the crowd and noise. The staff service is excellent! They even inform me to bring a book to read or laptop to chill there. The coffee bun is great as usual, i always like to order extra cream cheese on top and the Pappa milk tea is a good combination of light comfort food. I always request less sugar in the milk tea which they always happily carry out. Highly recommended!

We spent a very good and quiet morning here. they treated us very kindly. the coffee was incredibly hot and the buns were tasty!🤩🤩 you must try here 😉😉😉

We ordered Spanish lette. It came out more milk, than coffee refused to change. We asked for buns he said only one available but he gave the next costumer

If i need to focus at work , this branch is my place. They don’t put music and so calm. people do not enter it that much . I always took my corner and stay like 5-6 hrs working. The staff understands me and do for me special cold moca cafe of-course with the Nutella nuts bun. This mix is a boom for me . I really recommend to everyone . Parking is available mawakif

Their bread is crispy outside and inside softly with some butter salt. Looks similer as Japanese melone bread, but it not sweets and you can add sauce if you want sweets. Location is bit inside. マレーシア発祥のお店。メロンパンに見た目は似ているがバターが練りこまれている。パン一つで350円程度するのでコスパは悪いが、日本人の好きなふわふわ系のパンを味わえる。

Classic Paparoti in a very Non classic location. I.e not at a mall. THANK GOD! paparoti hear me you absolutely need to open more non-mall locations. I don't want to park in a mall and walk 30mins to your shop.

I ordered from talabat and i received the order in a bad condition and in a paper bag!! and when i called them they said because i didn’t order a topping, so they will send the bun in a paper bag and it will be like bread! Even the service in the restaurant very slow and i never felt welcome

Papa Roti’s plain buns are my ABSOLUTE favorite. So light and appropriately sweet that you will be left enjoying the taste for hours. Good seating area and a very friendly service. Ample space for parking outside.

Staff not smiling, not welcoming, frowning when u come inside d shop (Al Nahyan) not happy to see customers?😅 Also I ordered ice coffee not coffee full of ice😂 I still love Pappa Roti🤎

They are specialised in buns which taste so great with flavours plus their smoothies are so great and tasty

So so good. Excellent service and mouthwatering. Something different, nothing quiet like it. Love the Cardamon tea.

It’s caramel macchiato with its signature plain bun is a must. You’ll fall in a deep love with it and it only costs around $10. The atmosphere is studying-friendly

I visited in the afternoon and noticed the following issues: 1. Only one employee was present. He was speaking on the phone in his native language using a headset and ignored my presence. 2. As a result, I had to wait 20 minutes just to receive a small order — a bun and a coffee. 3. One of the tables near the ordering counter was left uncleaned. 4. To the right of the counter, there was a makeshift storage area cluttered with chairs. 5. When I finally received my order, the employee stated they did not accept discount cards. However, upon leaving, I confirmed that Fazaa card holders are entitled to a 15% discount. For a brand with a nationwide network, these issues should not exist. The experience was truly disappointing.

No Matcha drinks, Although it’s in the menu, Spanish Latte was very good, everything else is meeh !

Food was great! Plain buns were my favorite. However, the customer service was not great. The cashier was not polite and respectful at all. Questioning our order. We were a group of 6 and we ordered 5 buns, 2 drinks, and a pitcher of hot tea. He was questioning us if it’s only our order and he does not want to punch it. I also asked for help with the restroom door because you have to ask for the key from them before you can use it. He was not willing to help at all! When I entered the restroom, there was an awful smell that I could not even wash my hands! I could not even get the purpose of locking it, when they could not even maintain the cleanliness… I was so disappointed.

My favorite is lotus bun and the cardamom tea with milk. The ambiance is nice. Quiet and suitable for working or chatting. Available paid parkings around.
