We visited PapaRoti at Bawadi Mall yesterday and we tried iced Cappuccino which we tried for the first time, and it amazed us iced Cappuccino was extremely delicious 😋, perfectly chilled, perfect coffee and each and every sip I could taste that delicious coffee. Coming to The bun which was mouth melting perfectly buttery 🧈 and service was top notch. I would like to specially appreciate Alderine who made that wonderful coffee,and a person who suggested us for iced Cappuccino whose name I forgot to ask and also the Manager who was personally looking after each and every guest. And the atmosphere I could feel was extremely positive, as I could feel the staff was so good and happy to work with each other. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Hope to see you soon. The food tastes the same as usual, but the service was extremely slow. I wasn’t given my change until I followed up on it, it took about 12 minutes to get it back. If I hadn’t asked, I’m not sure they would have returned it. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service speed and attentiveness.

Last night we dine in here together with my family. This Barista/Waiter Aeldrins is highly recommend very good in customer service he knows his products we order Buns and Cappuccino for his suggestion and it's 💯 very good to pair.

The place is really nice and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The work is great , and Mahmoud there is very skilled and professional .

Good experience but we came late coffee bun is out of stock. Mahmood is friendly and accommodating

I had a wonderful time enjoying mu coffee and buns. Big shout out to Aldrin who assists me well and give my order on time and of good quality. Shout to Sir Abdullah as well☺️

We visited during a busy time, and our order was delayed by about 7 minutes, but what really stood out was the supervisor from Africa . He kept a positive attitude, stayed calm under pressure, and still managed to make us smile despite how busy it was. He was actively supporting the team, engaging with customers, and doing his best to keep everything running smoothly. His effort and leadership were truly appreciated, and it made a big difference to our experience today as compare to before

Very bad service provided by this branch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered pistachio bun through noon app and i received a plain bun. Staff is telling me not able to arrange with Noon for another driver sorrrrrrrrrrrry this is not noon mistake this is your staff mistake

Amazing buns and excellent service, especially the manager. I ordered one bun with the Nutella topping. The bun is crispy on the outside and so soft and fluffy on the inside. I'm baffled as to how they bake it like that because it's so delicious and tantalizing. Each bite makes you want to have more and more until you finish the whole thing and still end up wanting more🤤🤤🤤. I also ordered a cappuccino along with it which was also very good and complemented the bun perfectly. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our ginger milk tea with the best service rendered by John Buringgit. He welcomed our short stay by making it so warm and full of jolly moments while we sip our tea. Hope to have more staff like him. 😊

As a regular customer of Paparoti, I’m sorry to say that it has declined from good to worse after the recent changes. My visit today with my family was disappointing—the service took more than half an hour just to start. I ordered five drinks and four desserts, but after more than forty minutes, I only received two drinks and three sweets. Unfortunately, my experience today was very poor, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
