Really good experience! It was my first time ordering deom here, I was a bit tense,but it turned out best The delivery was pretty fast too ngl.

I ordered a whole lot of things as my son had a birthday coming up and had made a list. I didn’t open the package for about 6 days as I was headed out of town. I opened the package upon my return only to find that the white craft glue had leaked over everything. I had to wash everything with hot water to remove the glue and all of it did not come off. After that, I realized that two items were completely missing. A package of clay carving tools for 899 and a large box of 24 acrylic paints. I called them and they asked me to take pictures of the items I had received as well as the invoice with the list of items. They never responded. I called again and they said that the man who had packed it said he had included everything. I told them that I wish that was true but I needed the two remaining items. The gave me another number. The gentleman on that said I should send him the pictures and the list. I went through the same thing again. Still no response. I called the following day and he said to send me a number and again the pictures and the detail of what was missing. He would transfer the money to an EZ Paisa account. I did so again. No response and no refund either. I had told them to just ship out the pending items as I would prefer that to money but there is nothing yet. Very disappointed. I will NEVER order or buy from them again and I also DO NOT RECOMMEND this store due to very poor service and it has been very upsetting to keep calling them to tell them to please give me my two items as they were costly ones compared to all the others.

Very pathetic delivery... Books are not as good to read ... Writing is blurred and pages are very light to see even sky ... Printing mistakes are innumerable.... I feel these are pirated books ... They have printed on their own 😞😠🫤 ... Not satisfied....
