Worse Experience ever When I booked the room, I was told breakfast was included. However, the next morning, another person at the front desk claimed it was not. The room had no hot water, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the issue. If you have other options, take them. If you still decide to book here, use Agoda or Booking.com, as the walk-in rates at the hotel are much higher. One person front desk was unprofessional and rude. When I asked for anything, he reacted as if I had 'asked for his kidney.'"

Giving 4 star due to charged 100 rupees extra by night receptionist I will give them 2 star for this behaviour but morning receptionist have good behaviour in there duty and work adv us for trip and in evening when we return from trip he told us whitout asking to use changing room and he reassure that after talking to night staff he will give back it through upi but no any update from hotel side Rest all good 😊

Worst Place I have ever visit. I booked Deluxe Room but Bathroom Drainage was blocked. Mirror light not working. No Hot Water Facility. Fan Regulator was not working properly. Worst Room Service. I suggest not to visit aur first check all the things nd then book.

Rooms were not all clean. The room charge is high and the service they provide is like a cheap hotel. I visited during winter and they provide hot water from 7am to 11 am , just for 4 hours, so pathetic. Its misleading to go with the rating and reviews of this hotel

My overall experience at the hotel was good. The rooms were clean, the staff service was nice, and they provided complimentary items as expected. However, the check-out experience was unprofessional. My booking on MakeMyTrip clearly showed 11 AM check-out, but the hotel staff called me and said their check-out time is 10 AM and asked me to leave or renew the booking. This mismatch in timing and the way it was communicated felt very unprofessional. Apart from this issue, the stay was pleasant, but the hotel should ensure that their check-out timings match what is shown on the booking platforms.

Udaipur itself is a lovely city to visit. But if the stay is good then its like sone pe suhaga. I stayed at hotel shree Narayana with my family and the stay was good. The main thing of this hotel is that it is close to the bus station and the railway station both which was very convenient for us as we have a little kid with us. The food was very good and the staff was also very professional. The thing which we did not like was the room was not very airy.

Yes, I like this hotel as an first time experience. Its services is also fine and food quality is also best.

1) Rooms are small and not maintained. Broken toilet seats.(Image attached) 2) services are very poor, even no hot water, you have have tell them half hour before for the hot water. No resolutions for your complaints, make excuses. 3) Hotel is at very conjusted place. AVOID
