A very spacious masjid near changuvetty junction (not visible from the road though). Neat and calm place. Also good toilets, bathrooms and bike parking facility available.

Here I was able to meet a young community who aspired to the teachings of the Prophet. The mosque can stay for three days to soak up the sweetness of Islam. പ്രവാചക അധ്യാപനങ്ങളെ ആഗ്രഹത്തോടെ ഉൾകൊള്ളുന്ന യുവ സമൂഹത്തെ ഇവിടെ എനിക്ക് കാണാൻ സാധിച്ചു. ഇസ് ലാമിന്റെ മാധുര്യം നുകരാൻ ഈ മസ്ജിദിൽ മൂന്ന് ദിവസം താമസിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

This masjid is located at Changuvetty juction ,Kottakkal ( behind caravan restaurant or IDBI bank Building ) .Though this Masjid is located at the heart of Changuvetty ,it is not visible from main road .The entrance of the masjid is on NH ( Changuvetty- Edarikkode side) just opposite to Mytri road ,between a bike work shop and coconut shop.The praying area is the largest in the locality and have ample parking area and rest rooms. Separate praying area for ladies are also available . You could feel a mystic tranquility and serenity while praying here.Juma will start around 1.20 pm and speeches before juma is famous and really worth listening them. During ramadan they have excellent Ifthar and Ihthiqaf ( stay in the masjid during last 10 days of ramadan ) arrangements .If you didn't experience the Tharaveeh and Qiyamullaili( night prayer) of this masjid then it's a great loss and i request you to experience it at least once in life time (especially during last 10 days of ramadan).There are Dheeni Classes (on Thursdays )after Magrib and Quran classes (on Saturdays ) after Subhi prayer.

Most peaceful place and quiet to pray. This masjid's as very long prayer hall. Most good kitchen and living facility. Too many people are coming to pray there. Jamath are very big teams. The second palace of tableeg jamath in malappuram district. more person are coming there ways of jamath.all Friday will come juma 1000 of people in there. very quiet full masjid in kottakkal.

Alhamdulillah It is very good masjid with almost all facilities for prayer and ithikaf. It is open 24×7 والله اعلم

It's a wonderful atmosphere & most peaceful place. One man who come with religious think it's a better place. In this masjid have religious speech all Thursday night

Mashaallah…Biggest juma masjid in Malappuram district with plenty of refreshment facilities. Situated in heartland of Kottakkal ie Changuvetti.

Feels refreshing and peace in mind. This is a lengthy jum’a masjid with no pillars in that space.Good facility for taking wudh’u. Need to improve parking space.

Friday prayer starts at 1.20pm. This masjid is the last option for Jumua in this locality if you are late. All other masjids in this locality would have finished Jumua by ~1pm.

കോട്ടക്കൽ ചങ്കുവെട്ടിയിലെ വിശാലമായ ജുമാമസ്ജിദാണ്‌ മദീനമസ്ജിദ്‌. 24മണിക്കൂറും സജീവമാണീ പള്ളി. നല്ലവൃത്തിയും ശുചീകരണസൗകര്യങ്ങളും വിശാലമായ പാർക്കിംഗ്‌ സൗകര്യവും വളരെ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്‌ മികവുമെല്ലാം ഈ മസ്ജിദിനെ വ്യത്യസ്ഥമാക്കുന്നു. മിക്ക സമയങ്ങളിലും ഇവിടെ ആത്മീയ സദസ്സുകൾ നടക്കുന്നു. വ്യാഴാഴ്ചകളിൽ മഗ്‌രിബ്‌ നിസ്കാരാനന്തരം ആരംഭിച്ച്‌ പിറ്റേന്ന് പുലർച്ചെവരേ ഇവിടെ നടന്നുവരുന്ന 'ഷബ്‌ഗുസാരി' എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ആത്മീയ സദസ്സ്‌ വളരെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാണ്‌. ആത്മവിശുദ്ധിയാഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പലദേശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ഇവിടെ ഒത്തുകൂടുന്നു. നഗരത്തിന്റെ ബഹളങ്ങളിൽനിന്നെല്ലാമകന്ന് വളരെ ശാന്തമായ അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിൽ വളരെ വ്യത്യസ്ഥമാണീ ആരാധനാലയം.

So calm and peaceful place for the prayers. Ample parking and good bathrooms and toilets too.

Well ventilated .......Very calm and mind pleasing place.... Full time active masjid...
