Good points: Room is spacious, neat and clean . Staff well behaved and courteous. Room service quick. Food quality good and price ok. Wifi speed good. 24 hrs hot water available. Self cooking options available. Refrigerator and chimney available. Needs improvement: Morning breakfast food options need to be increased. No internet TV. Laundry service needs to be made same day delivery. No English channel in tata play. Curtain missing in the bathroom. Room ventilation not that good. Rooms lighting arrangement not so bright.

Very Good about All Purpose I Stay for near20 Days ..at Trot Le crescent Hotel. Everything like Service;Food Quality; staff Behavior was Excellent.. No issue for any thing . 🫡👌👍👍

Worst experience.. food is not worth it at all. Room service is not good. They are taking 75 bucks for one tea and according to the taste I’ll not give them 7 bucks for that.. rooms are very old.. not according to the pictures. Overall it’s not worth it.. we paid 2500/- for a day but in real it should be 1100/- .

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ORGANISING EVENT ON MARCH 6 2024 AS REPORTED TO MANAGEMENT I would like to bring it to your notice poor service level maintained by the hotel and some of experiences are being shared here under # There was no service of cold drink and appetizers in front rows. The bride and bridegroom are not even aware what has been served as snacks #The snacks service stopped after two rounds and even after my personal follow up not much action taken by service staff may be most of them were untrained for the job # Refill at snacks counter was not done as kitchen may not be getting intimation due to untrained service staff #Soups were kept at extreme end with out presence of service staff. On my personal follow up service staff made one round of soup service after half the people have taken dinner #Again there was no soup service to remaining guests as no one was manning soup station #Mutton preparation was not cooked properly as reported by number of guests # Food containers were remain unfilled for longer durations keeping guests waiting #Rotis were not served for long durations #Rice was in short supply and refill was not cooked properly #Shahi Tukra stock got over while service was continuing There was no supervising staff present on duty and entire affair was

Excellent place for a family get-together..... We have thrown a house warming party and booked their banquet hall.... The experience was awsum.... Everything was so well managed and extremely well organised by Mr. Vivek, The food was yummy and of high quality, The staff was very polite. Our party was a hit. Highly recommend place. Thanks to Vivek and Rajesh ji for managing everything so well. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks

No one picking up phone when called repeatedly for room service. No one at the reception to receive the room keys while checking out at morning time. Our car was parked outside the hotel by the roadside and staff's own two wheelers were parked inside. Pathetic experience overall, will not be recommending this place to anyone.

All good food prices are insane over there for a single perosn you have to pay min 450-500 rs for one time food. Location is ok
