I had a very nice experience at this store, I was super confused with what to get from there because there were so many options available, I just wanted to get something for my coffee table, the staff was so kind, helpful especially Elsie and the designer too. I am very disappointed with your delivery service. I was given a time slot between 10 AM – 2 PM, but the delivery was not made within this timeframe and no proper update was provided. During Ramadan, time management is very important, and this delay has caused inconvenience.

Recently visited the store at Oud Metha and it's amazing. It has great variety of furniture, bedding, glassware, lighting and lots more. The store has together a section for outdoor sitting and setups. If one is looking for a good quality furniture with great design then head to Homes R us. The prices I felt are little on the higher side and one can get similar type furniture or decor in a lower proces in different other brands stores across Dubai. The store has its own free parking.

I do not recommend this store for long-term furniture needs as the material quality is extremely low. It is only ideal for short-term aesthetic purposes. Delivery is unreliable and often delayed by several days. Additionally, the installation process is poorly managed; sending only two technicians for a full-house setup resulted in rushed, low-quality work and unprofessional behavior. In the showroom the staff are Great staff, but the products and assembly services are disappointing.

Great selection of mid-range furniture and decor. It’s a “Main Store” so at this location they have all the new items for the seasons and holidays as they progress.

Very nice furniture and helpful team

I purchased furniture from here worth about 50,000AED, and the screws were missing, making the furniture impossible to assemble. I contacted customer 26 days ago, and they kept delaying for about 3 weeks saying they’re awaiting the CRM team. Then, stated inspection team verified all parts were included and promised photo evidence, but even on the photo, the screws were missing. Now since I am in Dubai, I even offered to pay again for the missing parts since the furniture was already shipped abroad. Now they stopped responding entirely. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, especially for such a reputable brand like HomesRUs. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company all at.
