Airtel Service Centre

Very bad experience. Trying to contact for 3 weeks now. Whenever you visit, either the shop remains closed or there won't be anyone. The most frustrating thing is that this is the only airtel store in the region and they're not even working properly. Very unsatisfied.

Doesn't open at the given time. 'Staffs open when they want to', as told by a shop owner nearby when I went there this morning at 9:58 AM. Office is on 3rd floor, very difficult to climb stairs and this is the only Airtel office in Kattappana. I am switching over to Jio.

Good service from the store.. but you need to change the location in map. Showing wrong rout in google map.

Very bad service. I had to wait more than 4 hours just to make a duplication. Worst service ever i ever had.

You will get any information related to Airtel network... New Airtel connection, porting, sim upgrade etc... From this store

It shows open , but it's closed 2:45 PM Tuesday 30-08-2022 It's second time happening the same experience , fed up with Airtel customer support online & offline

No engineer arrived or called my mobile number after booking the digital tv connection. Customer call number also of useless. Very poor service.

This is not airtel Office... This is a normal retail shop...
