The Coffee Manor - Colombo 07

I recently visited Coffee Manor and had the cheesecake and a café mocha—both were absolutely delicious! The cheesecake was rich and creamy, and the café mocha was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of chocolate and coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Highly recommend stopping by for a delightful treat!

We’ve visited this branch multiple times now, mainly because of their egg and cheese kottu which is absolutely outstanding and honestly beyond words. We’ve never had one that good before. We also always order the potato fries and wedges during our visits because the flavours are really good. The place has a nice vibe, it’s cozy, and the staff is very friendly, providing great service every time.

During my first visit to this place, I was impressed by its spacious and uncrowded environment, which is the kind of setting I enjoy for spending quality time. It's conveniently located with easy access from the main road and dedicated parking in front of the coffee shop. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The menu offered a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. Although the food preparation took longer than expected, even with a smaller crowd at that time, the quality of the food was exceptional, earning a 9 out of 10 rating in my experience. Despite the wait, I found it to be worth it.

One of the best coffee shops in Colombo with the best creamy chilli prawn pasta. The spot feels like home, calm and ideal to sit down and get some work done or catch up with friends over a game of Jenga (which is available at the café). The inviting atmosphere and delicious food keep me coming back. The staffs are incredibly friendly, always welcoming feedbacks Their chili prawn pasta is a standout dish. The pasta is cooked al dente, and the balance of spice and creaminess creates a perfect bowl. Although I recently noticed a slight dip in the quality, after sharing my feedback, they made sure the next time I ordered, the dish met its original standard. The chicken cordon bleu is another star on the menu. The chicken is cooked to perfection, with a crispy crumb coating and a cheesy sauce that’s simply delightful. Served with fries and veggies, it makes for a well-rounded meal. The crispy chicken waffle and chicken burger, both are equally impressive. The cheese sauce has just the right kick and adds to the overall flavor. The chicken and cheese toast makes a quick delicious snack. a very different toast compared to the ordinary cheese toasts we have. Their mojitos are refreshing, and the coffee is excellent, really good quality coffee served Prices are slightly higher than other coffee shops, given the calm atmosphere, the food and the service definitely worth revisiting. Chilli Prawn Pasta - 5/5 Chicken Cordon Bleu - 5/5 ( massive chicken portion) Crispy Chicken Waffle - 4/5 Crispy Chicken Burger - 5/5 Cheese and Chicken Toast - 5/5 Creamy Chicken Pasta - 5/5 Iced Caramel Macchiato - 5/5 Mijitos - 4/5 Chicken Burger served with wedges - 5/5. ( well seasoned potatoe wedges & very crispy on the outside). The burger comes with 2 delicious chicken patty Baked Chicken Breast - served with veggies 4.5/5 (Mashed potato was amazing) Mee Goreng - 3.5/5 ( Tasted good, felt it was a bit oily for me) Chicken Kebab - I don’t know how to rate this because what they serve isn’t kebab it’s cheese meaty fries sold in the name of kebab 🤷‍♀️ and priced at Rs 2500, not worth it. Stopped by on a Saturday evening for an evening snack and tried chocolate croissant, Blueberry muffin and Iced tea. Iced tea was decent but nothing particularly stood out. Chocolate croissant and Blueberry muffin were disappointing and their prices were exorbitant, even by Colombo 07 standards. Service was decent & waiting time was more than 10 minutes. Ambience was quite good and dining area is clean and well maintained.

One of the best coffee shop in the area with great atmosphere and warm welcoming. I love that simplicity and color of interior giving peace and relaxation of mind. Usually I go for americano or espresso which Taste good and there are variety of food choices as well. Ideal place for having conversations with colleague or banter with your friends. Provides ample parking which another reason veer me here.

It was my first visit here, and I have to say, I felt welcomed right from the entrance! The casual and friendly vibe really set the tone. The interior is lovely—nice and modest—and the overall ambiance is super calm. We treated ourselves to some cappuccino and garlic bread, and both were absolutely worth the price! The place has a plenty of space, and the washroom was clean, which is always a plus. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this spot for gathering with friends or even for a cozy solo date. It's just a really comfortable spot to hang out!

We had their fish and chips and chicken salad, both of which we ordered were delicious. The vegetables and fruits in the salad were very fresh, and we were served a generous portion. Their coffee we've had on previous occasions was also good. Highly recommend to visit for a good meal if you're in the vicinity.

A lovely spot to enjoy a coffee, read a book, or play some board games. The interior is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The coffee is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. A must-visit for coffee lovers!

It's a Cofee & Dining place with cozy relaxing interior with soothing colors. A new addition in the heart of Colombo between Horton place and Baudhdhaloka Mawatha, Staff is very friendly and attentive , Atmosphere is very nice. Coffee Tasty and good in quality. Also they have Nice Chai (Tea) options worth trying. Food quality is fair, some improvement would give a high standard. We tried some Pastas are perfectly cooked and tasted so well . Tuna Submarine wasn't that good as the Bun was not baked well didn't felt fresh. Cheesy Garlic Toast bread was tasty and fresh .

This coffee shop is a bit expensive compared to Barista. Yet the service and the setting is conducive for work and relaxation. Has plenty of choices for dining. They have newly inteoduced some cheaper meals as well.

Nice and cozy coffee place to spend time with friends or work alone. Nice ambience and a clean and friendly atmosphere. Delicious food m, drinks and coffee. Very friendly, welcoming staff and we got our orders fast as well. Very satisfied and would love to visit again.

Visited the place twice first time the chocolate croissant was burnt when it was re heated . Second time the chicken and salad was good and well presented . Both time got the caramel latte hot and cold and reasonable for price. Atmosphere is good and would be a great place to hang out on a rainy day/ end of a long day to wind down. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Great for a quick snack… the coffee is a little too roasted for my taste. The space is designed to create little private nooks so it’s a great place to have a private conversation, or even have your own “me time” either to read a book or catch up on work.. The service is great and the food is also good. I just feel that the decadence of the coffee should improve.

The Coffee Manor is an off the radar quiet coffee spot in Colombo 7 right in front of the DS school. It’s appearance may seem like a small location but it is quite big when u enter. And the ambiance is very welcoming and modern. They did take steps for Covid 19 protection prior to entering the premises with temp checks, sanitizing of hands and even a hand wash before entering the location. We visited the place mid morning and it was empty and quiet so we were able to find a perfect spot right with the view of the TV to enjoy a bit of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics as well. People started to trickle in towards lunch time though. For food we ordered smoked salmon, avocado and eggs on toast which was filling and good and the peanut butter and cream waffle was good but I wouldn’t get it unless u really love peanut butter. For drinks we tried a vanilla and chocolate latte both of which were surprisingly good and better than most places we have been to. The place also has a private room for functions (up to 20 people) at a rate of LKR 1500 per hour at the time we visited which is pretty decent, and also a separate meeting room space for about 6-8 people as well. The service overall was good with a very friendly, supportive and courteous staff. If anything we would recommend for improvement would be in the washrooms, that the air freshener of the washroom to be changed and hand wipes to be included. Other than that the washroom was clean and hygienic. No complaints. In terms of parking also there is no issues as there is space for about 5-6 vehicles. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely revisit.

This cafe has a nice atmosphere and comfortable seats. The hall was decided into several areas and you can choose freely; the tables are relatively close together to me. Staffs were friendly. We two persons ordered a large latte, a regular chai latte(flavored milk tea), a butter croissant and a chocolate croissant. All together charged Rs.3245. The amount of the drinks were enough. The coffee latte was a little burnt to me. The chai latte used Earl Grey tea I think, and flavored with cinnamon, and it’s sweet enough without any additional sugar. The croissants were heated, taste was normal, no problem no surprise. The overall dining experience was good.

Coffee Manor quickly become one of my favourite places in Colombo, since I've been here five times already (and I'm planning to come back many more times!). Their strawberry mojito is my favourite beverage up to now - so refreshing and delicious. I've tried their pasta, lasagna, English breakfast and savoury waffle - honestly, I haven't had any complaints so far - therefore I hope they maintain the quality and standards always. Looking forward to paying more visits and trying other dishes in their menu.

3.5 ⭐️ Was pleasantly surprised the second time I went. Ordered the pesto pasta chicken which was actually flavorful and they gave a lot of chicken. Was confused as to why they put katsu chicken with pasta but it was still good. The real winner was the iced matcha with vanilla cold foam! For 1500 they give a big cup and it was good, very happy with it.

This is one of a kind coffee shop in Colombo. They have ample parking in front of the shop, along the road. The ambiance is super nice and cozy. There are multiple settings, like dining room, meeting room, TV lobby, regular coffee tables etc... The food is good. The coffee is also good. The prices are above average. Compared to Barista, almost double. If price is not considered one of the best coffee shops in Colombo.

We went in January 2024 Total bill was around 9,000+ for two people. Chicken burger - 5/10 (chicken was burnt) Vegi lasagna-10/10 was perfect Chocolate milk 10/10 really nice Garlic toast and mash potatoes 9/10 - so good. Blueberry cheesecake - 10/10 (it’s amazing)
