Spring Green Park Supermarket

Delivery is very bad! The only reason why i chose this because its closed to my house! Its not the first time that they will deliver w/ incomplete items and it really pissed me off! U will send a photo and they will reply "ok" then once delivered, it will be incomplete.. when you asked them, they will tell "no have" .. but why in the first place i wasn't informed that they don't have that item? the management needs to review the staff.. very bad!

Staff behavior is very bad, there is no way to talk to the customers, we dealt with the customers but because of its staff the value of this supermarket has fallen.... Especially the staff who stays at the counter at night

The customer service at this supermarket is consistently disappointing. The only reason I shop here is because it's close to my building, but the staff are extremely rude . They clearly don't know how to speak to customers and always seem irritated. This will be the last time I shop at this store.

Super market in silicon oasis in ABS tower. You will get almost everything for your daily usage in this supermarket. Prices are fine, staff is also quite good. It's good for nearby people as they operate 24 hours so you can hop in anytime for you Grocery shopping. Some times parking on the road is issue but it happens only in evening. Rest a good place for quick shopping for silicon oasis residents.

Faced rude and unwarranted behavior from one of their delivery guys, will not be ordering from them again. I have been a customer for 4 years now and they don't care. Right after I received the delivery and went to get card for payment (barely a minute as I had to look for my card) the guy started knocking on the door and raising his voice outside my apartment, "why you taking so long to pay", "you have only ordered a chicken", "I have other BIG deliveries", "Why can't you keep your card handy".. etc. When I told him hang on just getting my card, he again furiously said all the things. It's only this guy who creates this issue. What sort of customer service is this? The earlier delivery guys were so professional and kind. When I informed them on WhatsApp about this issue, not a single response or acknowledgement from them and this was SECOND time I complained about the same guy. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN...

I have ordered a humidifier in Talabat it was totally different than the picture provided, what I saw and chose was white and blue with black cable similar to the standard humidifier bought from the pharmacy, what I have received was a totally different type similar to the ones available in cheap deals stores with Chinese words on the box and USB connection! It cost me around AED 70 with delivery and they refused to return and refund! Don’t buy from them through Talabat !!

The supermarket is good but the problem is they dont put prices on some othe items. You have to ask on the counter.

Earlier this supermarket used be good with friendly staff, but after new guy (aged 40+ uses glasses) joined here it has become worst due to his unfriendly behavior and arrogance attitude.. They never take return for bruised items once you take it out of shop that’s it.. and noticed they are selling some unknown baby carrots brands with no expiry date on the cover and when we found that carrot is bruised and not fresh, tried to return it back to exchange they did not accept.. This is a low quality, non hygienic and costly super market with arrogant staff member in DSO.. its not worth buying anything here when there is NO TRUST with the customers.. Its better to buy in Lulu with fresh and have all freedom to return it back without any obligations.. NOT RECOMMENDED

أسوا مكان تعاملت معاه ف الاوردرات و التأخير . - دي تاني مره ف حياتي اعمل ريفيو و طلبت من المكان دا ٣ مرات ف اوقات مختلفه و يقولي خلال ٣٠ دقيقه يوصلني و يتأخر عليا اكتر من ساعه . - تاني مشكله انهم معندهمش ذوق يعني عادي ممكن يعتذر و يقول انه معندوش حد يوصل او في مشكله و أنا اقبل او ارفض ، لا بلاقي بجاحه ف الرد و التأخير ! - اتمني اكون الوحيد اللي عدي عليه التجربه بس مع السوبرماركت دا .

اسوء سوبر ماركت وماعندن ذوق وبكون عم احكي معهم ما بردو وانا عالموبايل ناطرة وهنن فاتحين الخط وما بيحكو وبيتأخرو دايما هيك صرت اكتر من مرتين عطيتن فرصة بس اسووووء سوبر ماركت ورجعت حكيتهم للمرة المليون وانا ناطرة طلبي يسكر الخط بوجهي😂 شي غريب لو في اقل من نجمة بحط

Sending wrong orders not once but most of the time. Not a single apology for it even. I dont expect too much from them but a little empathy can go a long way.

Very very arrogant and rude service . Will never order from the guy who wears glasses . He so mean . Someone should do something about it

The only way to make shopping in this market just for small market it is okay

This supermarket has the weirdest and most unprofessional customer service. Their rules keep on changing depending on the person picking up the phone on the other end of the line. I called and tried to order for milk and Yoghurt and requested them to get the card machine and the person told me they can deliver but only accept cash for milk and yogurt. What? That doesn't even make sense. Absolutely frustrating.

Every time items not available staff is not good

Delivery are usually late even though i was Ok fine i understand .but today one of the staf said that after delaying of more then 1 hour if you cannot wait order from some other place.come on man you people are throwing away your business saying to your customer go order from some other place if you cannot wait more then 1 hour. Of course man I cannot wait 1 hour for the order which take 10 to 15 minutes to deliver.so guys thank you very much.so from today i cannot wait 1 hour so i will get ma stuffs from some other places. "I am just a one customer who cares right? But today you loose your one customer and that's matters. 5 stars from my side to you guys.

I’M VERY NEAR ON THIS MARKET AND IT SHOULD BE TAKE 8MINS. TO DELIVER. BUT IT TOOK FOR SO LONG. I WAITED FOR 2HRS FOR THIS SUPERMARKET!!! REASON WHY THEY DELIVER THE OTHERS THAT VERY FAR FROM THEM THAN ME THAT MORE THAN CLOSER. THAT WAS STUPIDITY!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬 BETTER DON’T BUY ON THIS MARKET IF LIKE THIS!!!!!!

One of the poorly maintained supermarkets with extremely offensive decor. If you greet them, they don't answer, which is a really unusual aspect of the customer service. Delivery is too sluggish without cause. They consistently make a frigid, unwelcoming gesture. Many thanks
