I recently visited the Baskin Robbins at Ibn Battuta Mall in the China Court, and while the ice cream was fantastic, the seating arrangements could be improved. The flavors were spot-on—rich, creamy, and the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. However, the seating area felt a bit cramped and wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, especially during busier hours. Still, the delicious ice cream made up for it, and I’d definitely return!

Plenty of ice cream flavours to choose from the quite good Baskin Robbins ice cream range including different chocolate flavours, cookie dough, strawberry and cookies and cream but the way they are displayed doesn't seem to have any logical order so you might be scanning randomly through both display cabinets before you make your choice. You can also jazz your ice cream up with a range of toppings. The ice cream is available in various sizes of cups as well as single and double cones. They also have ice cream cakes, milkshakes and sundaes if you want to go all out to complete your sugary ice cream headache fix. There seems to be no specific seating at the moment but it's located on the fringe of the food court (near Carrefour) so you should be able to find somewhere to sit and enjoy your ice cream.

Soo so rude staff. Worst customer service ever. We specifically went there to have ice-cream. We were there at 10:55 pm on Friday, website shows it closes at 12:00, but the ladies refused to take orders. They said it's closed! It's high time they change their staff and bring team who actually like to work and not take their customers for granted !

Das Eis war ok, aber aus meiner Sicht ist es nicht vergleichbar mit einem BR in den USA. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war gefühlt kaum geschult im Umgang mit den Gerätschaften und der Kasse.

Very good customer service and the ice cream was what I was craving for but the price of one chocolate in a value cup is 32 AED which is way over than McDonald's ice cream which is 1 AED. But the way Baskin Robbins does it that it takes at least a minute or two which is fast in my opinion .

Good taste. Caramel with almonds. Actually the lady wasn't change so I tried. Its good.

Staff at ibni batuta mall is very rude. He give me melted ice cream i refused to take he misbehaved with me i left ice cream at counter.Authority should take strict action against this person .kindly look into the matter and give me my money back .kindly check the picture

We waited 20 minutes while the server took other peoples orders who came before us even though we placed our order for boba shake he ignored it and took the order of the people who came after us. And after 20 minutes of us waiting he THEN told us that they have run out… when I asked him why didn’t he say that in the beginning to not make me wait when I placed my order initially.. he said sorry I’m new here I don’t know how to make it… I cannot believe they hire people without training whatsoever!! Worst customer service ever.. First, they got one of our orders wrong, we were kind enough to accept their mistake second they tried to charge us the price of large bowl while we had small and tried to convince us that the change after we paid is correct while they were mistaken by 12dh.. I haven't seen such rude staff. They have good ice-cream but after this experience, I will never visit that place again.

Came at 11. 44 and on Google says closes at 12. Please mention 11.30 if closing at 11.30 pm.. kindly update .. came out for craving BR Icecream .. even after request the counter girl didn’t agree.. she was kind to give spoon though after buying from carrefour

This has reference to my Icecream purchase on 02-Dec-2022 from Baskin Robin at Ibn Battuta mall. I purchased two cups of vanilla ice cream from Baskin-Robbin Ibn Battuta. Before making the purchase, I asked the salesperson if they accept the salaam points. He said yes we do. I paid AED 30 by salaam points. The transaction was declined in the system, but the receipt indicated it was approved. In addition, the reward points were deducted. Then I paid cash, and sales person told me that my points would return in 24 hours, but they never did. So I was charged twice for the same ice cream.

Amazing as always.. however, see th3 difference between advertised and actual product 😀

Very bad experience at ibn batuta mall ,thid was not my first time to have ice cream at baskins robbins ,All time my fav. Ice cream is from baskin robbins but at batuta mall they gave me melted ice cream even i requested them to replace but the staff was rude they didnt and i left ...

Today I went to Baskin Robbins near Carryfore at 23:40 and when I try to order ice cream, one staff from back shouting no ice cream. That's hospitality service given by Baskin Robbins management need to work on the staff basic Ethics.

Our favourite ice cream joint every time we are at Carrefour Hypermarket side of the Ibn Battuta Mall. Ample seating capacity which means that you always can sit at your own convenience and enjoy your amazing ice cream. Not so expensive as compared to some of the other outlets and highly recommended

I met a rude lady who served me today.she would have told me that they r closed or abt to close. I went to baskin Robbins ice cream parlour in ibn battuta mall which is China court…. I asked that I want to buy an ice cream. She said it’s only take away…. I said it’s ok, no probs… I ordered the flavours what I want n was asking for toppings one by one n she rudely turns to me n says, mam tell me all the toppings at once…. What the hell, I was telling her one by one n I was gng to pay for what I ordered. I didn’t ask any of them for free… I told her why r u getting angry n she says they r abt to close then I said,u would have told me before n I would have left. I can’t force anyone to serve me when they r closing or closed…. Such a rude, arrogant lady who was there at closing time… didn’t expect these type of staff in Baskin-Robbins….. by the way ice cream was good but will never visit any of their outlets again….

Visited today and was met by a rude member of staff. Bought two Icecreams for my kids, as a third child was a baby I asked for a empty cup which i could feed her from. The member of staff was so rude and said no, I said that other branches don't have a problem with giving it and replied back by saying which one as he will call them. What a cheek, it was a simple empty container where he was throwing is authority get a life!!
