Paia demais! Pediram para nos encontrar no Dragon Mart. Estávamos em 15 pessoas, levaram 2 carros. Primeira parada foi para andar de quadriculo, longe pra caramba (uns 40 minutos), ninguem andou pq tudo caro: simples 150aed, duplo 250aed por 30 minutos. Beleza, fomos para a segunda parada (aqui nesse local), 10 passos com camelo grátis, andar a cavalo 80aed por 10min, board para sandboard nao presta, quebrado, tudo bem precário, café nescafe liberado ok, prometeram samousa nao deram o petisco, disseram que teria soft drink após as 18h, só rolou após as 19h. Fila gigante, no tal do bbq um frango só o osso e kafta de carne, 1 pedaço para cada igual comida de prisão, refrigerante misturado com água, sem gelo. Funcionário tudo despreparo, estúpidos, sem paciência. Batata frita 25 no dinheiro e 28 no cartão. Não teve dança do ventre. Só dois caras girando e os do fogo. PAIA DEMAIS.

The whole experience was average. We had to change cars like 4 times. The dumbs safari was like 5 mins which is a big disappointment. Camel ride lasted 2 mins and luckily we managed to get there before sunset- otherwise we would have rubbish pictures. There was a lot of trapped time - waiting god knows what for. Food was in a form of a buffet but quality/taste was very average. We paid 70 per person (2024). It was not extremely bad but wasn’t extremely nice - just average.

We have been to other desert safaris before…but was not at all worth it. But with Atlanta we booked premium and the experience was quite nice…there was less chaos.. food was hot and properly served. Rest of the shows were similar to the regular ones..belly dancing, tanoura dance, fireshows..overall it was a good experience..

The shows were good. The entertainment package was good but the experience was spoiled by the worst quality of food. To start with there were long queues for Tea. The veg snacks were cold. Non veg kebabs were hard like rubber. All dinner items like roti, rice , dal, noodles, pasta etc were not tasty. Overall what I saw was huge food wastage. Sharing a few pics. If you can not handle such large crowd then better not pre-charge the customer and let it be a la carte at the site like you are doing for drinks etc. Please improve

Staff try to sell you everything, including the VIP seating, etc. Food not value for money. Good effort from performers though.

Unsere Erfahrung wich massiv von Werbung, Rabatten und Bewertungen ab. Abholung & Fahrt: Zwar pünktlich, aber in einem sehr alten, ungepflegten Jeep (über 500.000 km), ohne intakte Haltegriffe, stark beengt. Fahrstil aus unserer Sicht unsicher (Handy-Nutzung, riskante Manöver). Mehrere unnötige Stopps (Verkaufsstand, Tanken) ohne Erklärung. Kein VIP-Gefühl. Safari & Quad: Dune Bashing dauerte nur ca. 9 Minuten. Die „VIP Quad Tour“ bestand aus alten, gedrosselten Quads mit losen Kabeln, langsamem Kreisfahren um einen Betonklotz – keinerlei Wüsten- oder VIP-Erlebnis. Camp: Überfüllt, ungepflegt, starker Verkaufsdruck (Fotos, Upgrades, Zusatzkosten). Hygiene (Getränke, Toiletten) deutlich unter Dubai-Standard. Tierhaltung (Kamele, Pferde, Falken) wirkte auf uns nicht tiergerecht. Vorzeitige Abreise: Wir brachen nach kurzer Zeit ab und mussten trotz inklusiver Rückfahrt zusätzlich 263 AED zahlen, um das Camp verlassen zu dürfen. Schwerwiegend: Der Fahrer nötigte mich während der Rückfahrt, unter seiner Anleitung eine positive Google-Bewertung mit Namensnennung abzugeben. Diese habe ich später geändert. Fazit: Kompletter Reinfall. Sicherheitsbedenken, Verkaufsdruck, mangelhafte Organisation und massive Abweichung von der Werbung. Wir raten dringend zu kritischer Prüfung und davon ab, solche Touren über Rabattportale zu buchen.

We have been going for Desert safari twice ever year and unfortunately went to this one this time. The experience was really dis-appointing. The driver (I don't want to name him) was such a rude and pathetic person. We even lost some of our belonging and when complaint to him, he just acted weird, we were with kids and he kept playing loud music even requested to lower the volume but seems to be ignorant. Highly not recommended. He even forced us to leave early and didn't let us finish the show, as he wanted to get free early. Car was not running properly neither clean,although we booked private pick service.

If you want a peaceful moment. Don't ever book with this agency. Even if you book through a different agency or travel agency, make sure you know the name of this agency. If it is this don't ever book. They have poor transportation ( the guy who picked us from our home in the shared bus was helpful and very supportive ) They have the poorest transportation. The desert drive lasted less than 2 minutes. They have the shortest camel ride. and what they do to the camel is cruelty, once you see the camel you won't even care to have a ride on that poor animal. And to have a buggy ride for 20 minutes you have to pay like 550 aed. That too you're only allowed to ride it in a circle. What is the point of this desert safari ??? We should not call this as desert safari. And "WILL NOT GIVE YOU GOOSEBUMBS" the food was pathetic, soft drink was full 9f mixed in sugar. And they calim unlimited food and beverages it was pathetic. You have to stay in que for more than 1 hour to get a tea, coffee. For to receive food I have waited almost 1 hour. And the return transportation was very very bad. Please don't ever book with this agency or tour company

I recently visited the Atlanta Safari in Dubai for a desert safari experience, and unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. The place was overcrowded and very disorganised, leading to long wait times for activities. The quad bike ride was only 20 minutes but cost 250 AED, which felt overpriced. The camel ride was even worse—just 2 minutes long! The food provided was very basic and not what you’d expect from a safari camp. To make matters worse, the staff seemed focused on upselling and scamming. I purchased two Arabic bandanas from their shop and was charged 240 AED, which felt like a rip-off (I overheard the salesman saying to the cashier 'tourists'). Overall, the experience was underwhelming, with little value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless they significantly improve customer service.

The WORST CAMP EVER. Rude from the second you step in and the guy who “explains” what’s included and not in your package. I got yelled at for asking what the veg options were. I got yelled at the second time for not wearing my VIP badge to enter the VIP zone. And the third time for eating the main course before I was allowed to 😂😂. Absolute joke. My husband got accused by the ushers walking around for something else. All in all it was a miserable outing. Stick to the big brands as these guys do not live up to the Dubai standard by any means. I’m surprised they are even allowed to operate with such low benchmarks in place. Gives the city a very poor name.

Worst place to be. Stay away from them. Every thing from transportation called msm transport, I am not sure if it’s a company or just what’s app name of a guy was the worst. The guy didn’t let us finish watching the fire dance when told we need to see it he started behaving quite rudely. He was rude all the way. And for dune bashing it was more of a dune dashing to the camp in 5 min, that too the transport guy stopped 7 of the random people he picked up on a roundabout and asked to run to the place where few 4x4 picked us and took us to camp in 5 min. Reason for running, as of the transport guys words “ police will catch you” then the 5 min dune bashing 🤣. Food was utterly disgusting and useless. It’s so over crowded it’s just not worth even to think of going here. If u ever end up here just leave. There are way more better safaris this is a scam.

We are 2 adults 1 child and an infant. Our experience in this desert safari wasn’t good. Transport management- very bad No planning, picked us late( Toyota innova) Kept us waiting for 2 hours at buggy location as other guests in the car has taken buggy rides. They shouldn’t have combined customers with different preferences. Also Tour agency outsourced job to different car transport company. Driver dropped us on main road and asked us to walk almost 700m on sand to a land cruiser for dune bashing. Dune bashing was good. He dropped us at the camp and he didn’t guide us to inside the camp. . Even though we booked VIP service, the guy at the counter stopped and asked to bring the driver. We called the driver and he not answered. We waited 20 mins there. Then I had to call another tour guy in the camp. Then he came and took us inside. He was very good. I conveyed him our dissatisfaction and he tried to offer different facilities on priority in the camp and I appreciated him for that. But By the time, we were tired and was totally out of mood to enjoy anything further. Our 2 hours got wasted at buggy location and 20 mins at the camp. We got only 1 decent hour at the camp. Driver attitude - good Food quality not good, Even though so many varieties Shows - very good Other camp facilities - no comment as we didn’t experience. Camp was very crowded (May be due to holidays) Seating arrangement - good VIP area good If you are visiting first time and would like to have a real “experience”, recommend to go with agencies/camp with better reviews as they serve better and take good care of you, even though a little pricey. Camp in general is good. Dune bashing was good. Tour management company- bad service. The agency was Like Tourism. This is my personal review. You may check other review as as well before taking decision.

If you want to enjoy and have a good experience, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOURISM AGENCY. Horrible management. The ATK biking is a small circle area only. You will be given 10 Minutes to keep circling within that circle only. Camel ride is not even 2 minutes. They are not at all prepared to manage a huge crowd but yet accept so many bookings. Inspite of paying, they will tell you don’t come back to take another serving of food. Food quality was pathetic. Soft drinks tasted like sugar syrup added with loads of ice. There were cats roaming where people were sitting down and having food. The concern is the cats could pounce on the food or even harm any person as the seating arrangement is to sit down on a pillow. Our whole experience and day was ruined. Please check with the person you are booking about which agency they are linked to after reaching the desert.

Literally an organized rip-off: there was no sandboarding, and you had to pay for everything if you didn't want to wait 3 hours in a 35-degree temperature queue for the 2,000 people to help themselves (bearing in mind that we were made to arrive at 3pm and dinner wasn't until 7pm). Endless queues also for the one poor camel who has to make 30-second rounds. The whole organization is shaky, and they suggest you add 100 AED / person to avoid all the inconvenience of this package (supposed to be complete: unlimited drinks and barbecue) doesn't actually offer anything at all. We had to fight with our driver (whose English was more than a little shaky) to get out of the place, and everything was hellish. To be avoided absolutely.

Very unprofessional and rude management the guy literally told me " MOVE NOW DIDN'T YOU SEE THERE IS A NUMBER ON THE TABLE" because I was sitting on the wrong table although we were all in the VIP section and when we arrived they said sit wherever you want plus all the tables have numbers on it. I couldn't understand this very ugly way talking to a guest and to be honest ruined my hole evening.

In simple words.. Avoid.. Late pickup, super late drop at the camp. Paid for all services but could not do Sand Dunes, Sand Boarding and Camel Ride. Very poor management. Again very bad food quality. Honestly, not recommended at all..

Worst experience ever! Dont ever this dessert or this tourism. There is so much better dessert n tourism out there. Dont be fooled witg the price they give. Rude staff n n driver. I laid for private but they make me wait for them instead n its cold for the kids!

Worst place to do Sand Dashing Not Approriate for kids They don't have proper exit to camp for ther location No sand Mountain Evey Stop is Highway Robbery. People who who work Hard for their Money not for them. Save your 💰.

Enjoy ur desert safari
