I had a terrible experience with Barcelona store (Juhapura Branch, Ahmedabad). I purchased 3 shirts and 3 trousers. After just 2-3 uses, one trouser got torn, and the stitches of the shirt started coming off, showing poor quality. When I went to the store with my original invoice, they refused to replace the defective clothes, saying I needed a barcode—even though the products had their brand logo and labels as proof of purchase. The most frustrating part is that the clothes still look brand new, proving that they were barely used before becoming defective. Yet, the store completely ignored my complaint. This is a clear case of bad product quality and poor customer service.
