This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Basic facilities were missing, and management clearly does not care about guest comfort. The corridors had no proper lighting at all, which felt unsafe. The room was never cleaned, and the hotel proudly follows a ridiculous policy of changing bed linen only after 10 days. That alone says enough about their hygiene standards. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. On top of all this, I was charged 6,500 extra for electricity for just 7 days, which was not clearly informed beforehand and felt like an excuse to overcharge guests. The lobby area was sticky, crowded, and noisy. To make matters worse, someone rang my doorbell at 5:00 AM, completely ruining any chance of sleep. Zero consideration for guests. Overall, this place is poorly managed, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they are ready to compromise on cleanliness, safety, and basic courtesy.

We stayed for 2 nights in 2 of the apartments (2B and 3 B). For the price they charge, this is a below average experience for us. They DO NOT provide ANY SERVICE. It's only the place they give. ITS NOT A SERVICED APARTMENT ITS AN Air BnB. They DO NOT provide towels, hand wash. We were even told to empty our own garbage bins and bring the garbage bags down to a stinking area to dump the bags. NO THANKS. I"LL BOOK A HOTEL NEXT TIME when I'm in vacation. I don't want to be emptying garbage bins on my vacation.

Awful place to stay at. Initially booked it for 2 weeks but checked out on my third day. On the day of check in, the beddings were dirty and stained, request to change it. They made a fuss then only changed it. They were cockroaches all over the apartment and when I complained they acted surprised. Overcharged me for electric bill and claimed it was my fault as I left AC on all day although I only stayed for the night and left early in the morning to explore the city. When I enquired about the overcharge, the owner and his wife were so rude and screaming and shouting at us. Not customer friendly at all. Charged me for the 3 days I stayed and refused to refund my deposit. I booked this place to stay with my family (young kids) but it’s not a suitable place for families. Would never recommend this place. Uploaded a picture of the cockroaches running around in the kitchen.

Used to be a good place in 2020-2022. As they have now sold all their apartments now the owners are not flexible with the times anymore. They will try to charge you for even an extra 30 minutes. Better to always get to know all required info on the times and amount prior to booking. Also, the last time we checked some of their equipments such as washing machine did not work in one of the apartments.

A Spacious and clean 2 x bedroom apartment for our family. Staff are friendly and responsive. Modern TV and Wireless Internet Access, with fully self contained Kitchen. Great location to local shops, grocery and tourist attractions. Recommend this place to stay and would return.

I booked a place for my parents and aunties to stay. Right from the start of the booking process, they messed up the dates. We confirmed the reservation over the phone, but when we went to make the payment, they claimed that the dates were unavailable. After a lot of arguing, they finally provided us with the correct dates. Once my aunties and parents moved in, we noticed that a lot of things were missing. There was no wifi and the TV was not working properly, although some of them were fixed later on. When you're paying LKR 16,000 per day, you expect the basic amenities to be covered. Initially, we made two bookings, one for June and another for July. When we complained about the unresolved issues, they informed us that they couldn't honor the booking for July. As I read other reviews, I discovered that the owners had a reputation for being rude, and unfortunately, it turned out to be true. I could continue listing more problems, but I don't want to waste my energy on this.

Excellent service. Very clean and smart access. Very well maintained and management is so friendly they Made sure I had no complaints. It is located in the heart of the city so the best choice. I will definitely stay here for my next visits.

Very expensive but yes place is okay coz it's a current rare now a days in Colombo. Still it's expensive for ordinary people. Yeah it's mainly focused to foreigners. Who migrated from Sri Lanka to other countries. For them it may be okay. Staffs are friendly and two dogs are there on ground floor. They are cut and old.

The place is disgusting, found a lot of bugs dead and they never cleaned the apartments properly. Found fish and chicken bones on the balcony. Owners were also very rude. the owner said “this was a service apartment and not a five star hotel. “They had a lot of attitude and threatened to kick us out of the apartment.

Although the location is nice but the service amd the staff is not that great Only one girl knows english who is not available all the time and the guys who are available dont know english

Owner was quite rude to the very old security officer at the place. They should treat people better
