Cinemaholics Tbilisi

I definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to experience something unusual and alternative. This is a private cinema, located in a private cozy apartment. Only good movies are played there, (classics like Lynch) and award winners. The most important part is the atmosphere there, with the company of cats, a glass of wine or a tea you will feel at home with a big screen and a good movie. The only disadvantage is the chairs- they could be more comfortable. Prices are very affordable, 15 lari for a ticket, 5 lari for a cup of tea. Every week there is a different film played, always with English subtitles.

One of the highlights of my trip in Georgia. They show a new movie every week, with plenty of sessions to make sure you can’t miss it. Can’t wait to be back!

First the positive: As far as I know, this is the only place of this kind in Vake and is therefore very convenient for me for a movie and a wine after work. When purchasing 5 entries for 50 GEL it’s also very affordable. Now the dislikes: All of the seats are unfortunately very uncomfortable, the place lacks coziness in general. There are only few drinks and as far as I could tell for snacks only store-bought popcorn with cheese aroma :& Also I was asked if my dog is cat-friendly but then the cat didn’t seem very dog friendly, followed us around the cinema-apartment and seemed as if it could attack the dog which was somewhat stressful…

Loved it, such a cute place, good sound and screening quality. I'll definitely be back here in the future. Cats were cool too❤️

The place is totally fine, especially if the movie you've come to see is no longer than 1,5 h 🙂 Also we loved the staff including Mr. Cat 😄

Such a cute place with good vibes. Sound and screening were good. Price is fare. I was a bit hesitate due to cat allergy. I guess the place is well cleaned, because I was happy to have no symptom. *I would cover the tiny light of the sound system, to have the least light possible in the room.

Like being in someone's living room in Vake, yet with a great screen, drinks, cats, and friendly people. Fantastic choice of films too.

Loved the theatre and loved the vintage vibe it was comfortable and the people were really welcoming its cheap and awesome should definitely visit it

Cute little cinema with limited seats. They usually play one movie per week (3x day). Selection of films is very good. You can have drinks while watching the movie. Oh and there’s cats!

Nice atmosphere. Good personal. Always great selection of movies. The only thing is that they moved and I never got notification so we came to the wrong location. But now that we know where they are will be coming back a lot

Это было лучшим решением, именно на этом сеансе я встретил свою любовь. И эта любовь — cinemaholics. Спасибо, батоно Андро, за твой труд, талант, и, чего скрывать правду, член значительно больше среднего.

You don’t have to be a ”cinemaholic” to come here, this place is for everybody! The atmosphere is chilled, you can get some drinks (I asked for tonic espresso since it was super hot in Tbilisi then) and snacks. The choice of the films is special, you won’t watch here a miserable piece. And of course, have a chat with the owner and don’t forget to cuddle the cat.

The place could've been great, but the projector is pretty bad. Colors and movements don't come through well at all—honestly, even a laptop would do a better job. True cinemaholics might be really disappointed. Plus, the space is stuffy and airless.

Уютная атмосфера. Почтовый персонал. Хорошее качество звука и картинки. Один большой минус - очень душно и жарко. При этом стоял в комнате вентилятор, но его почему-то не включили.

Идеальное место для интеллектуального досуга в столице Грузии - киновечер в компании интересных, умных и общительных людей. При этом, как правило, ещё и говорящих с тобой на одном языке - в прямом и переносном смысле этого слова. Точка притяжения для городских киноманов русской эмиграции и творческих жителей грузинской столицы, что ежедневно собираются с 16:00 до 22:00 на просмотр нестареющей классики мирового кинематографа. Кинопоказы проходят на русском, английском и грузинском языках три сеанса подряд. Художественное (оно же игровое кино) показывают по всем дням, кроме четверга - в этот день проходят киносеансы неигрового, или документального, кино.

a nice place with cute interior and amazing choice of movies!!🤍 The only problem i’ve encountered is that it was hot in the room :( I don’t remember if there was a fan but if there weren’t then my suggestion is to place it there :) overall 9/10!!
