Cinnabon - Dubai Festival City

This branch has always been exceptionally surpassing our expectations every time we eat there. They serviced is a five start hotel approached where every details of the orders are on point. To the manger - Christine Larman who lead by examples are one of the reason why we love to eat in this branch. I wish that you can photocopy these teams and manager to all your branches.

The Manager seems tensed maybe because of rush orders.. I think she could’ve handled it better.. ☺️ But their staffs are too friendly tho specially the cashier lady. 💕 Tried the matcha affogatto. Find it too expensive for its price and how its served.

I love this friendly spot and hidden gem that people don’t know they serve the best icecream from the US (carvel) and now even better with pistachio kunafa. The boba drinks are nice too (try the passionfruit).

Absolutely perfect. Went to this branch 10+ times never got disappointed 🤍 atmosphere is so calm and way bigger than most other cinnabon branches with larger menu options like soft serve, affogato and fresh cookies and other options

Cinnabon is a sweet paradise! Their cinnamon rolls are irresistibly soft and gooey, with that perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar that's simply heavenly. The aroma alone draws you in. The icing on top is a delicious finishing touch. It's a guilty pleasure that's worth every calorie. If you're a fan of sweet treats, Cinnabon is an absolute must-try.

My favorite breakfast and snacks partnered with hot coffee. Cinnamon rolls with extra cream.👌🏻 I always make sure I have a take out of Cinnabon box for my roommate ‘cause she loves it too! ☺️

I always love Cinnabon anywhere and everywhere the same amazing taste that will blow your mind with multiple choices of toppings however I always go with the classic one .. The festival city branch is nice and cozy, the location inside the mall is very nice however it’s far from the foodcourt but if you going for shopping in carrefour or Ikea will be the best place to take a rest and have some fabulous dessert.. The beverage is the only problem they have to work on it, the cold chocolate shake was not that nice it needs more ice-cream and chocolate sauce that will make the taste more rich and up to the brand name .. The hot beverage is also not very nice they need to change the coffee beans brand and roasted more for the coffee person it will make a big deference .. It will be very annoying to have a coffee another place. After all it desert place not a coffee shop but would be way better if they have nice beverages so will have everything in one place .. And don’t forget if you’re in rush get some bites to go I always used to have on my way if I’m in a hurry..

The place is well organised and spacious and you feel safe with the distance between tables and the dividers. We got two hot drinks cappuccino and cafe latte and 2 cinnabon one choco and one original which was on combo offer for 45 dirhams. The service was great and friendly. The overall experience was better than the other outlets I have been to. Its right outside the Carrefour and opposite to ikea so after a long shopping spree it's a good place to give your heels some time to cool and your taste buds to indulge.

Great visit today - all thanks to Charmaine! She was so welcoming and helped me straight away as I needed to take an urgent important business call and required good connection and quiet. She got me set up, despite me not being a customer. I held my call there, WiFi is not good enough so they need to fix this properly, but Charmaine made sure I connected to next best and gave me the space to complete the call. I ordered from her thereafter given she was so gracious to allow me to be there and was so kind and helpful. Such a model employee, excelling in customer service as her care is genuine. Very rare these days and her support was priceless. Thank you Charmaine (Safa).

Had one of the best Cinnamon rolls and twists at Cinnabon, Dubai Festival City. Cappuccino is also good.

Very noisy , the machine making Doe is extremely load. No internet of their own and shopping mall internet has very poor reception almost not working in this shop

I’ve been a regular customer, but suddenly every time I go to this place the sizes are becoming smaller. Yesterday I was there with couple of friends and by the time the staff informed us about the regular size, we refused to order. For your reference i will attach a picture of what they call the regular size, which is a total scam and we are not gonna go to this branch anymore.
