I stopped by Cinnabon and tried the Apple Cinnamon Roll—it was honestly mouth-watering. The dough was so soft, and the apple topping made it even tastier than the original. Just a heads up: it is very sweet! I had the normal size and loved it, but if you just want a small dessert bite to satisfy a sugar craving, the Mini would be a perfect choice. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the mood for something warm and delicious.

Let me start by saying: the cinnamon rolls at Cinnabon Sanepa are every bit as incredible as people say. This place is a true dessert paradise and an instant mood-lifter. I finally understood the hype from the very first bite—the Classic Roll is pure, warm, gooey delight. It’s incredibly soft, melts in your mouth, and has the perfect level of sweetness, but the real star is that rich, creamy cream cheese frosting that melts luxuriously into every single bite. It’s the ultimate comfort food. The cozy and inviting vibe of the place makes the experience even better. It’s a perfect spot to catch up with friends or even just to treat yourself solo. As an international franchise, it definitely meets global ambience standards—it's clean, well-designed, and the staff are friendly and provide lovely hospitality. To complement the roll, I tried some of their drinks; special blend tea, yuzu grapefruit cinnafizzie and makara cinnamon latte. The latte was smooth, comforting, and paired perfectly with the sweet, spiced notes of the cinnamon roll. The yuzu grapefruit drink was also a fantastic, refreshing combo. Their drink menu is quite good and thoughtfully designed to enhance your treat. A quick note on logistics: they accept digital payments and there is parking available for two-wheelers right outside. . Overall, Cinnabon Sanepa totally lives up to its legendary reputation. If you have a sweet tooth or are in need of a delicious pick-me-up, this place is an absolute must-visit. I will undoubtedly be back again and again

On my way back from some work, I passed by Cinnabon in Sanepa and decided to give it a try, having visited the international chain abroad before. I ordered the Cinnabon MiniBon, a Strawberry Fruit Chillata and the Iced Makara Cinnamon Latte. The drinks arrived quickly. The Strawberry Fruit Chillata was refreshing and flavorful, while the Iced Makara Latte was chilled and decent. The Minibon, a smaller version of their signature cinnamon roll, however, didn’t quite impress me. It wasn’t the best cinnamon roll I’ve had—many local bakeries offer a similar taste, and the price difference makes it harder to justify choosing Cinnabon over them. Perhaps I need to explore more of their menu to get a better experience on my next visit.

Can’t visit US but you can definitely experience a flavor from the US. This famous US dessert chain is one of the most well known outlet and while recently opened, it has been able to grab the attention of the public. The ambience extremely spacious and elegant. Prices are a bit high but worth it. The cinnabon spot on and yuzu grapefruit cinnafizzie perfection.

Cinnabon being an international franchise sure has met the ambience standard, hospitality is also nice. Coming to the Cinnamon rolls, they are surely better than what we find in the market but you won’t be wowed as much as you expect yourself to be. We tried the classic cinnamon rolls and chocolate rolls, and to my surprise, the chocolate one was a better. The drinks though, is a waste of money.

Cinnabon is a well heard brand name internationally so I was expecting a lot from them but they disappointed me. The cinnamon rolls are mid at best- and too pricey. I’ve definitely had better cinnamon rolls for half their prices. Drinks are also mid. Tastes like any other cafe’s but for double the price. We also ordered a mocha chocolate drink which was absolutely disgusting and it was labeled “recommended” too. It tasted like cheap chocolate powder mixed with milk powder topped with crappy whipped cream. The “savory bites “ were also a disaster. For the price, they were bite sized and not worth it. If you are going to charge that much for food, it should deliver; which it absolutely did not. Do not recommend. At all. Literally go to any other cafe that has cinnamon rolls for a better price.

We reached a bit late, so most of the items were already sold out. 😅 Ended up trying the Classic Mini Bun and the Roll on the Go, but the real showstopper was the BBQ Bacon Brust. 🥓🔥 The buns were absolutely amazing soft, slightly sweet, and perfectly baked. 🍞✨ But that BBQ Bacon Brust? Mind-blowing. Smoky, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. 🤤🔥 Even the presentation and cutlery added to the experience simple yet elegant. 🍴👌

We randomly saw this place while traveling this road and then turned around to give it a try. Parking available for 2 wheeler but not sure about 4 wheeler. Might be underground parking for 4 wheeler. The food tastes good. We tried 2 things. 1 tasted great. 1 tasted just fine. Not sure which one is which. I loved the one on the plate more. I have uploaded images. It is pay first system.

Tried the Caramel Pecanbon, and wow—so sweet, warm, and absolutely delightful. The soft cinnamon roll with that rich caramel and crunchy pecans was the perfect comfort treat. It melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. I also had the Iced Latte and the Makara Iced Cinnamon Latte—both were really tasty. The Makara one especially had that signature Cinnabon cinnamon flavor blended perfectly into the drink. Refreshing and flavorful, a great match with the Pecanbon! Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something sweet and satisfying. Cinnabon Nepal did not disappoint

Newly opened !! Nice place on a good location !! Atmosphere is good service is excellent !! Cinnamon is good and I loved it and I ordered their signature iced coffee which was toooooooo sweet !!for people who has sweet tooth it is heaven but for ppl like me no no no !! But Cinnabon classic is nice 👍👍!!over all it’s nice

Cinnabon Nepal is a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth! The classic rolls are soft and perfect. The cafè itself has a cozy vibe, great for catching up wirh friends or grabbing a coffee break. The staffs are friendly and helpful, They did get my order wrong at the start but they replaced it and all was good. Overall, A good experience definitely worth visiting when you're craving something sweet and comforting. Prices can be on the higher side.

I personally loved their makara latte with classic cinnabon. Also they have started free boardgame session which enhances the entire experience being there. Highly recommended.

We tried their chocobon and caramel pecanbon. Both of them were every bit amazing as I’d hoped. I loved the chocobon more than the camarel one. Soft and perfectly gooey.The staffs were very sweet as well. The place is a bit small so it might not be ideal for long sit-downs especially during busy hours. If you’ve been skeptical whether it’s really worth the try, dont be. Go ahead and give it a try !!

Guess what? Cinnabon is now in Nepal! I went there twice and had an amazing time. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious, especially the dessert.

Every time I walk into Cinnabon, I'm instantly hit with that warm, sweet aroma that promises something delicious — and it never disappoints. The Classic Roll is pure indulgence: soft, fluffy dough, perfectly swirled with cinnamon and topped with their rich, signature cream cheese frosting. It’s melt-in-your-mouth good every single time.

Wow, this place looks pretty. I was eager to come here. You’d be forgiven to think it’s a cafe. It actually is a bakery with dine-in. Nice concept. The bakery has just one thing: Cinnamon rolls, prepared in front of your eyes, freshly. Having left the oven steaming hot, they await costumers on a beautiful marbled counter. On your table though, they arrive on paper plates garnished with plastic forks on flimsy plastic trays. For no apparent reason, they’re have been cast off from their royal origin, demoted to a cheap take away. If you make the mistake of ordering americano, like me, it will arrive in a paper cup. Without crema. As dozens of coffee mugs line the counter I asked if I may be served in an actual mug. Yet these are for decoration only, I was informed, and using them would violate company policy. Such a pity. The value perception of this beautiful place is ruined entirely the cheapness of the serving concept. I am sure they will eventually learn to make decent coffee. But the paper and plastic thing runs deeper; it speaks absence of taste and sense. The beautiful appearance is bait only, masking cheapness beneath. The serving style is not unlike takeaways at roadside pasals. But at pasals we expect modesty and not the grandeur as promised here. At pasals, also, you don't pay until everything is done while here you are obliged to pre-pay. That leaves you with no bargaining power in case you find anything amiss. Would I come here again? Well, I know a hundred cafes and bakeries I would rather go to. Some may not be as pretty but all of them treat their offerings with more grace - and their customers with more respect.
